I laughed in the JCS video on the interrogation where he said the detectives abandoned the good cop/bad cop tactic because they hate her.

This is never going to end.
Since Boone is this angry, frustrated, disappointed & believes that no appointed attorney can properly represent her to HER standard- she needs to just call it quits & represent herself. End of story. She wants court appointed council to jump through non-existent hoops, wondering why they’re stumbling. She has beyond unrealistic explanations. Beyond.
Yeah except the law doesn’t support this. However m sure the judge will put an end to this circus if she tried to change lawyers again.

She may pull a Darrell Brooks and wait until just before trial so she gets the lawyer to do all the prep work.
She doesn't just want them to jump through hoops. Her last attorney said she was asking him to do stuff that was illegal/unethical and that's why he withdrew.

Another 10 page letter from Ms. Boone will soon arrive on the judge's desk. She will never be satisfied with any attorney. I think she's the sort of person who will never be satisfied with anything in her life and never was.

Boone doesn't want a defense attorney. She wants some kind of magician that can change her circumstances and the facts of her case. Maybe if she keeps cycling through attorneys she'll able to find the magic.

2 THINGS:
1) She said on 911 call that SHE PUT HIM IN THE SUITCASE.
2) There is NO DOUBT in my mind that she pulled that suitcase out of her closet....after attacking him she somehow got him in the suitcase like she admitted to.....and then she pushed the suitcase off the top step of the stairs and down he went. The neighbor said they heard a noise that felt like the house was shaking. That was the noise. Sarah asks the detective "is there any way he got the injuries from inside the suitcase?" What she is saying here is "yes, I attacked him first, but he also got injured when I pushed the suitcase off the top steps and let it fly down the steps"
Appointing a female defense attorney for Boone might be best idea yet. Sarah needs some of that strict, tough love type of energy that a " mom lawyer" can offer. 😊 "No Sarah, you don't have a law degree, I do...so let me do my job. Allowing me to do my job to the best of my ability only HELPS you! 🙄
I doubt that approach will work. I'm wondering if any will. Maybe they'll get a trial in 2050.
I am waiting for another letter... criticizing and blaming her lawyer and the judge for taking so long. Lol
If I know Sarah and her games, the new lawyer is not long for this matter.
It's so weird because she's in jail. Usually people who delay a trial over and over are trying to extend their freedom. Like Elizabeth Holmes. Sarah delays the trial then goes back to her cell.
I don't think this lawyer will last either. Sarah doesn't look happy. Expect another letter soon.
It's absolutely going to go sideways. You can already see it in her face that she's not pleased and you can see that being in jail is wearing her down. I will bet that by the next hearing we will have a new letter from her bc there is no defense that sets her free.
We're all gonna be old and grey before this gets to trial. I can't wait to see it play out.

Yup, but what we don’t want it for the judge to not handle this perfectly because then she appeals and wins bc of nonsense. At least she’s in jail while she drags this out. It’s not doing herself any favors 😂

Boone has figured out her system.
It's not really working, because she remains in jail. I wonder if this will be a capital murder case. Maybe that's why she wants to postpone it as long as possible. Perhaps she just won't get any attention anymore if she's convicted and sent off to the women's prison for a good long time.

Family & I were ready to go to trial April 15th. Unfortunately, the defense attorney was able to "sick" his way out of it the last minute. Our hearts are broken, we have to wait till December. It's been 5 years!! ( my brother was m*******)
I’m so sorry for your loss. Having it delayed at the last minute prolongs the grief for your family. You need closure and justice for your family….my deepest condolences.
I'm so sorry your family is going through this. I can't even imagine. But what we all are synonymous in is our crimson frustration about this. Something has to stop this insanity.
I went through this when waiting for the trial for the person who murdered my daughter. Each time it felt like the bandage was ripped open and the grief started over. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I hope you have luck finding a job once schooling is completed. I have an AS degree in paralegal studies but after graduating with a 3.8GPA I could not find a firm to hire without experience. How the heck do you get experience if no firms will hire without?? Total waste of money and I’m still repaying my student loans. Ugh. Not trying to be a Debbie downer but that’s my experience. @carolsisti7203 from what I have heard you have to gain experience from internships, or you need to apply for positions such as a file clerk or a legal secretary and then get promoted. Most firms are busy don't have time to train. Is there a legal aid office near you? They always need volunteers and you can gain a lot of knowledge there.

What's Boone been up to now, fired another lawyer who cannot se how superior she is, or how she "excels in everything she does" (according to herself), that's she's never wrong and it's always everyone elses fault...oh, and that "it wasn't intentional" (putting him a suitcase, and letting him be there for the night, to die..)?
She was really sleepy after 2 bottles(no-glasses) of whine and needed to go upstairs to rest.🤬🙈
Is it possible that Sarah will spend as much time in jail waiting for trial than she would spend in prison if she was convicted?

I love your videos and just spent the last week watching the Sarah Boone videos while waiting in the school pickup line. The interview videos were wild and your commentary had me laughing out loud and at the same time me yelling out my own comments in annoyance to her. I am sure the other parents were like what is going on with that woman. I have sent so many to your channel for factual unbiased look at different cases. Learning so much
Is it possible to run out of public defender’s attorneys?
Is it possible to run out of courtrooms? Judges? This is why prosecutors have to pick and choose which cases they wanna prosecute or plead down. Because there is only so much money and resources to do this.

Because everytime she gets a new lawyer the clock starts over. And it takes 2-3 years to get to trial in your FIRST lawyer. She’s on lawyer 6? 7? 274784??? 😂😂😂 I lost count

I actually liked her lawyer. She seemed to be efficient, and to have things under control. Let’s hope that Sara likes her as well as some of us do. She seem to know what she is doing. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this trial can get on the roadsooner rather than later. But, as we all know, Sara can be very unpredictable. Although, I guess we could say that she is predictable. I’m looking forward to actually going to the courtroom and seeing what’s going on, and having your commentary. It should be fun.

The judge isn’t the issue. She keeps switching attorneys. And if it were an issue with morals, the lawyer would just tell that to the court and they would be excused from there. But no lawyer has said this. Instead they’re saying she is abusive and controlling. Which sounds about right.
Boone is Doomed and she knows it…..she doesn’t want to face the music!!! That’s prob why so many lawyers

If you ever have time.. please watch her police interrogation video. It’s a little over an hour long but she is a character for sure. Got some good laughs out of that interrogation video.
I am interested to see how this case goes, all the continuations and the 100 lawyer changes really is frustrating to see. Also, Peter mentioned about potential problems with cameras in the courtroom, and it just reminded me of how during the Daybell live last week, a few people were arguing with me about why court tv wasn't allowed to have their cameras up. This is why, you can show the court proceedings without needing to zoom in on the defendant, this is court not a reality tv show with all the drama.

OMG, she literally recorded herself laughing at him while he was pleading to be let out of the suitcase because he couldn’t breathe and then he suffocated and passed away in that suitcase while she lie sleeping or passed out for the night.
Q & A: how many times have you played hide and seek where you are the “seeker” and hide (zip him up in a suitcase) the person you are supposed to be looking for?
Make it make sense!! This does not make sense!! If she wants to claim “not guilty” she better have more proof and evidence than what we’ve seen.
Imagine though if there was no recording....

Question for Peter (and BTW I love your videos!) when does the defendant's right to pick their attorney collide definitively with the state's right to stop wasting money on delays, and the prosecution's right to seek justice?
At the moment, it feels like Sarah is allowed to endlessly waste money while the state hemorrhages money in not being able to bring this to trial, and Jorge's family continue to suffer indefinitely.

Fine with it because if the court landers to her plenty… she can’t say in appeal that we trampled on her rights. Can you imagine if she was found guilty but then release on appeal? I feel like that is her goal! The judge WILL say “ENOUGH!!” but first he has to appease her for legal purposes and a lot of her lawyers left and it had nothing to do with her so yes this is the 7th but not all are her fault.

How much can the trial keep getting delayed? Has this happened before where the defendant asks for a new lawyer so many times?
What media attention? She hasn’t been remembered in a long time until now. Thank you Peter for bringing this video; I sure hope this new lawyer can finally start the trial for this ungrateful woman. She’s not paying for the lawyers she has fired, and the new one, taxpayers of her state are.

They should get crazy defendant pay lol. He asked if she had anything to say so if she complains later he can say "you didn't bring it up when I asked you." I doubt if it works, but maybe it will shut her up.
Sarah Boone needs to be accountable for her actions and it’s consequences.she has to make to understand that other peoples life is as important as hers. She should be in jail while she keep on playing on her games.
Will we ever get there? I’m from Aus, does it get to a point where she is forced to have her trial regardless? Why arnt a lot of trials made to happen within the year or two? Anytime after that all witnesses say they don’t remember
Unfortunately, like universal health care that I've been waiting 4 years for an operation for, whenever an extremely in demand and expensive service is being provided for free to an individual at the cost of the hard working tax payers, it will always be stretched to its very limits and with that, an inordinate amount of time is inevitably a given.
Because a year or two isn’t long enough to prepare for big cases. Like Alex Murdaugh for example… that dude had so many “things” going on it took forever for everyone to comb through the evidence alone. It takes 2-3 years on average to go from arrest to trial. The exception is if the defendant does not waive their right to a speedy trial, which is their constitutional right. Most defendants DO waive it so they can prepare but not always. Lori Vallow did not waive it and her trial came and went fast and she had NO defense 😂. Not smart. It doesn’t matter, Sarah is in jail regardless!

Hello! My guess is a delay in the trial.
I hope the judge sets up a trust account for the victims family and citizens of Florida just in case any media, etc. want to pay Sarah for her story, should she be found guilty. I cannot imagine how expensive she tried to demand to be as a child
This is an open and shut case. Anyone who has seen the video of that poor man locked in that suitcase begging for his life (which was stomach turning) and this deranged woman screaming at him and mocking him, then going to bed. No brainer, it's calculated murder.
