@@Shannon-Smith Why would any attorney destroy their reputation and lose their career to allow Sarah to do whatever she wants knowing that it is unethical?
I don't think so. She reads more as a narcicist to me. So she absolutely thinks she is right and only did the thing everybody says is so wrong because of the victim and nobody wants to see that. And since she probably has been a narcicist all her life, she's also used to having "inferior" people disagree with her and be complicated with her, but usually she can out-argue them fairly easily. What she has not learned (and can not learn due to being a narcicist) is that they don't give in because she "won" with her arguments, but because she wore them out. So while the technique may _read_ as intentionally wearing out the patience of the court, from her perspective it would be "I just gotta explain this a hundred times, like I always have to with dumb people". She will find out that the court will not be worn out (or in her mind "be convinced by her superior arguments"), which will send her into a deep spiral basically all narcicists go into when finally confronted - violence. I predict at least (!) a verbal outburst on sentencing, maybe even throwing hands with the bailiffs.
I think she’s delaying unconsciously. Her mind wants to save herself from the reality and what she did. Probably because something went terribly wrong. It’s easier to write letters of „innocence“ or disagree with every lawyer than to have to face the truth in court and get convicted by a Jury. Her only chance is taking the stand and she knows all the evidence against her. It’s a one way ticket, therefore I‘m with Judge Scherer on this. As long as she isn’t convicted, she can betray herself with „her“ truth and that she’s innocent.
No way, Peter. I completely agree with the Judge and I've always felt this way about SB. SB is putting off going to trial as long as she possibly can, because she knows how its going to turn out.
I didn't feel as if the judge was suggesting the lawyers have requested to withdraw because Sarah Boone wants to take the stand. I was surprised when you paused the video to disagree with her. I always find it fascinating when two people can hear the same thing and perceive it a completely different way.
I was really confused about this as well. The judge made no statement suggesting that’s why the lawyer wanted to withdrawal. I’m sure you didn’t mean to but that was one heck of a straw man argument if I ever saw one 😂.
I agree with you, Peter. Why should she delay, when she is already locked up. What she wants is control, and probably to take the stand, which will convict her right away. Thank you for your work 😁
Peter, Sarah Boone wants a trial but on her terms only and, in my opinion, this is the reason for the holdup. As for Judge Scherer, she was asked for her insights--right or wrong--she gave them. She has a right to her opinion.
I think SB wants to tell her story her way. And no one is going to change her mind, not even her attorneys and they know it won't go well for her... Imo
I think she thinks that particular denial makes her look like a "better person" and didn't realize that it would actually cause problems for her defense instead. She doesn't realize she can't have it both ways. Either she was negligent and inebriated to the point of being blackout drunk, or else her actions were purposeful. I don't think she has a third option, and she's not self aware enough to realize this.
@@MelieneGardneryou nailed it....she wants to be seen as the victim..it wasn't her fault and she didn't do anything herself that made it happen. It just occurred! Jorge got in the suitcase and didn't get out! Why did he have to do that? Sad to joke that way but this is how Boone wants this to go.
@@MelieneGardner Nothing to do with this case in particular, but just one more reason that you should SHUT THE F*CK UP when questioned by police. Say your name, request a lawyer and shut the f*ck up. Anything you say (yes, even the way you greet the officer) can and WILL be used against you.
I feel EXTREMELY comfortable saying that Sarah most likely has asked every single attorney to ‘ look pass the evidence ‘. The way she tried to control the interrogation says it all.
I do think she is trying to delay it in a way, especially if her lawyer doesn’t defend her in the way she wants. Either you defend her how she wants you to or she will continue to try and get it delayed until someone will do what she wants.
Yes with all the letters, not one mentions Jorge. But she can’t because she believes she’s innocent and it would make her look guilty. His poor family.
That is my favorite statement she makes...because it is one of those brain went too fast and mouth just kind of expresses this incomplete sentence. No malicious!
I hope she gets shipped to Waukesha to stand trial before Judge Dorow and for the next 3.5 weeks demand that subject matter jurisdiction be proven on the record.
I think he’s answered this before in other circumstances. IIRC, a lawyer can’t suborn perjury. If they know she is going to lie, she can get on the stand and testify in narrative form. The lawyer generally wouldn’t ask questions in that case. But I think generally they can withdraw if the defendant wants them to commit fraud upon the court.
That's Exactly what you said when you read the last letter from the Attorney! I definitely could see Boone wanting something unethical to be done by her Attorney! 💜🤯💛🥰💜
Part of me feels this way, she knows how badly the videos present her, and she is playing around to be the crnter of focus while delaying her trial. I can't shake that feeling. But mostly I feel her alcohol abuse allowed her to leave her boyfriend in a suticase, ignoring his pleas for help and she is in total denial
She probably wants her attorneys to say she has been framed in some way and the evidence they have against her is solid evidence and she just refuses to ever admit that they caught her and she did it.
I'm sure she realizes she spoke too much to the police officers who responded to the scene, as well as to the interrogators later at the police station. The video from her phone is incriminating. Given all this, I'm sure her previous lawyers have tried to formulate the best defense argument possible while still maintaining their ethical responsibilities. I think she views ethical responsibilities as a nuisance and an obstacle to be overcome. She can't get past "unintentional." I agree with you Peter that she's not delaying a trial for the sake of delaying. I think she views herself as the brainchild of her own defense strategy and that she's looking for a malleable attorney who will merely act as a technician.
@Peter Tragos or @Lawyer You know Here's a prediction of a scenario that fits this Judge's speculations and the lawyers' withdrawals: Bankowitz opened a door for Sarah Boone when he proposed the battered spouse defense. Sarah Boone has either 1) expressed to her Lawyers she will tell an expert lies about her and Jorge's domestic violence to make herself appear as only the victim and never the perpetrator 2) told her lawyers differing accounts of the DV to where they know she is lying 3) has done both of these and expressed she will give false testimony regarding the DV
I don’t believe they were playing hide and seek. I don’t believe she “accidentally” fell asleep. I believe they were drinking and fighting, she beat him and put him in the suitcase, filmed it, and thought she’d let him stay there as long as she saw fit. She was probably so drunk she didn’t care if he lived or died, and went to bed. She probably didn’t *expect* him to die, because she’s not smart (even though she says she excels at everything and was a straight A student 90 years ago). She probably woke up, went to the suitcase to “let him out,” saw that Jorge had died, panicked, called her ex-husband, who told her to call 9-1-1. She called and pretended to be doing CPR-she was merely counting out loud, CPR is exhausting and there was no sound of exertion while she was counting, nor was there any sound of her putting the phone down to administer CPR. She tried to think of a cover story to explain how and why Jorge even got in the suitcase so she fabricated a story that they were having a “good day” and they were “playing hide and seek” and then as a “joke” Jorge got into the suitcase. She even said to the first responding officer “We both were laughing about it.” (Lie.) Almost every word out of her mouth is a lie. She is definitely guilty of second degree murder, though she feels that it being “unintentional” means one is off the hook completely in the eyes of the law. She is absolutely unbelievably selfish, narcissistic, and powerfully stupid.
Sorry Peter, but you’re making overreaching assumptions that Sarah Boone is a “typical” defendant. She’s not…she has severe psychological pathology. No one will be able to work with her, without being forced into violating their ethics…or without being subjected to significant and traumatic abuse. She locks people in suitcases when they disagree with her. 🤷♀️
In respect to her relationships with her lawyers there is one common denominator…her. I’m no lawyer but I’m almost willing to bet that she is still unwilling to accept responsibility for what she has done. In her mind, she fully believes she is the victim and that thinking probably leaves her unwilling to accept the consequences for her actions. Her lawyers are probably telling her, “Look Sarah, you’re going to be doing a significant amount of prison time, the big question is how much time.” The fact she hasn’t plead guilty to me means she doesn’t think she did anything wrong. At some point this judge is going to get tired of all the delays and the amount of taxpayer money this eats up. He will schedule a trial and tell her that it will be happening whether or not she has representation. Also, it could affect her sentencing as well, especially in a case with so much incriminating evidence.
Transparent Tea has a new video showing her behavior incidents from the jail. I was entertained to see she's been written up multiple times for refusing to attend her court hearings, makes sense given all we know about her.
Thats interesting because in all those letters she writes to the judges, she always says she wasn't at such and such hearing and it's her right to be at EVERY hearing and that she wants to be at every hearing. I'll check out the video, thanks for telling us about it!
"BUT IT WASN'T INTENTIONAL!" "Oh, ok Sarah. As long as you say it wasn't intentional (even though the video YOU took proves otherwise) then were all good and you can go home." --Exactly what she expected them to say. 🤦🏼♀️
my biggest worry about this case is- this will create the template for other defendants as a "how to delay your trial infinitely" depending on how long this goes without forcing her to move on and go to trial. In fact, is it possible Boone is savvy enough to already learn the more difficult she is, the more conflicts she gets into with counsel, the longer she can delay this. And even continue to test the courts on how long she can indefinitely delay her trial?
It’s an old tactic but probably more successful back in the day when cases relied heavily on witness testimony (which fades or ppl die) or evidence that might get lost or deteriorate over time. At least now with digital camera footage, better ways to collect, analyze, preserve DNA and other physical evidence, a case can be “on ice” for a while. That bodycam video of the suitcase will be just as poignant down the road as it is now. It’s her own memory which might get addled the longer she dwadles! I think SB wants to control everything rather than trust someone else knows better how to mount her defense.
Literally everything she says "I'm the blue-eyed white dragon" I can't help but think of Yugi-Oh! When I heard the interviewer say "what do you think of that?" My brain went "I think she plays Yugi-oh!"
If i recall correctly her story to investigators was they pulled the suitcase & loads of clothes that her son had out grew to pack up and take suitcase to donation. So how does it turn out instead of sons clothes being packed Jorge is packed up?? 😮😮
That was very enlightening. I wish she was still on the bench. Thank you for putting this up on your channel. Shake off the week and have a great weekend!
Is been yrs now lawyers or no lawyers is still stalling the court. My opinion and understanding her behavior gives out a very controlling person and for the domestic charges on the victim could be a tactic on what she was planning to dew maybe. If she was a victim of domestic violence y she didn't just leave him if he's the abuser also idk what kind of injuries she sustained during that. Now to watch a video of what happened it comes to question how the hell he got in the suit case also he had Bruces on his body and head. Now my thoughts on that she must have hit the victim on the head knocking him unconscious for a while then she processed to drag his body ending up scratching him further more then stuffing him inside a suit case still being in the room. Then starts to roll the suit case for it looks like to the front door Now while she Rolling the suitcase that's what it appears to have. So then he starts to wake up telling her hey what's going on but he's not saying it in a aggressive tone is more like hey come on babe can u let me out of this suit case. He clearly knows he's done for it. To watch her laugh about it and say this is for cheating on me but doesn't idk if she says for the abuse he given her idk if she says that on the video but she is absolutely a narcissist a controlling person she ment to leave him in the suitcase until he was not speaking anymore maybe she was gonna dump the suitcase some wear but he was speaking that would have brought attention to her then it was getting late the sun was coming up so now is late to get rid off the suitcase so she comes up with this unbelievable story on what happened that it makes no sense. She is Guilty of murder
This was interesting, as I watched both cases. I nearly missed it until going back to look at Member’s Only vids and seeing Peter reference this on the Discord Tutorial video
Sarah Boone's explanation of why her now deceased boyfriend was in the suitcase is absolutely ridiculous! She claims that they were playing hide and seek but they were the only two playing and she put him in the suitcase so she knew where he was so how is that playing hide and seek? It absolutely makes no sense! I cannot believe that no one has mentioned this! The object of this game is to seek out the players that are hiding, hence the name Hide and Seek. If she put him in the suitcase and knew where he was then he's obviously not hiding and she's not seeking! She needed to come up with a reason to explain why he was in the suitcase but its ludacris to say that you're playing hide and seek with only one other person that you yourself put into the hiding place!
The trial will show what happened. Neighbor heard fighting, quiet then boom down the stairs, what about the bat? Before the stairs or after? Drunk or not, she wanted revenge.
I’m from UK so I don’t know how US legal system works, but is she not in a cushier jail/prison whilst she’s on remand (still innocent until proven guilty)? If she is, maybe she’s stalling to stay where she is as long as she can.
I think the exact same thing. County Jail is a lot easier than Prison. Every day she spends in Jail is one less day in Prison. She’s playing the system to her own benefit.
She's gonna for sure testify to try and talk her way out of it. And her asking her lawyers to do something they can't make sense with how many she's gone through
Is a defense attorney required to take any particular action if the defendant insists on testifying (regardless of the attorney’s advice) and then lies on the stand and the defense attorney knows (after the fact) that the defendant has lied?
This is a great question. I think the lawyer has a duty if they know their client lied on the stand; but I’m not sure how it is actually handled. Maybe Peter will answer.

@@EmperorOfManthat's not actually true. It differs per state but life imprisonment is mandatory for murder in South Austrailia most of the rest are 20 to life depending on the age of the victim.
I think she is not accepting any responsibility and maybe she does wants to delay, but mainly because the attorneys have been telling her that she won't get off, so she gets mad. She thinks she should get off scot-free.
I honestly think Sarah is expecting an appointed lawyer to perform like a privately paid lawyer. She wants someone that is passionately consumed by her case. She has a picture in her mind of what she expects and they are not going to measure up otherwise. She wants their life to revolve around her and her defense. I imagine she was calling them every other day, wanting their full and undivided attention. Giving commands and treating them as if she was smarter and knew better. Trying to tell her or talk to her about anything was provably mentally exhausting and very frustrating. They provably blocked her from calling them, that’s why 2 or more lawyers had phone numbers that were “not working”. We all know she wants to run the show and micro manage everyone involved. It’s her way or the highway and until someone submits to her or stops her this is going to continue.

I think in her head…she’s a unicorn. It’s like nobody in the world has a case like her. And she is not working with attorneys. It’s her way or highway
It's the first time I've heard of murder by suitcase.
I think she thinks that if she's a big enough pain to deal with, the courts will get sick of her and just let her go.
I think that she thinks that speedy trial applies if the defense causes the delays.
I agree. But how long will the court tolerate this, without violating her constitutional rights to counsel, and then if that happens, she walks.
I think you are right in that she wants her day in court, but i also think the judge is right in that she doesn't like the evidence.
Peter, you are100% correct! She's positive she can talk her way out of this! She thinks she is exceptional!
Yeah she said over & over she was good in school - HS😳 no college, no fancy high paying job & in her 40s😜☠️
I think SB wants to tell her story her way. And no one is going to change her mind, not even her attorneys and they know it won't go well for her... Imo
Watch the full interrogation. She repeatedly denied being drunk even after seeing the video
Ahh, the power of alcoholic denial...
@@MelieneGardnerbut but she didn’t black out according to her she just “fell asleep” 😴 😂😭
ME ME ME ME ME!!!! Not one tear for Jorge
Yes with all the letters, not one mentions Jorge. But she can’t because she believes she’s innocent and it would make her look guilty. His poor family.
That old Sarah though.
“NO MALICIOUS!!!”😹😹😹
And certainly not intentional 😂😂
"No malicious CONTENT" 😆
Her and Darrell Brooks both use words they don't understand.
@@mamasunshine80yea and she thinks she’s SO smart… nothing worse than an evil idiot who thinks they’re the smartest in the room
That is my favorite statement she makes...because it is one of those brain went too fast and mouth just kind of expresses this incomplete sentence. No malicious!
She said she didn’t get drunk 2 bottles of wine between the 2 & legally drunk sleeping until noon😳
SHE IS DEFINITELY DELAYING THIS CASE. She has no defense!
I enjoyed your first time viewing and giving feedback with this clip. It was fun! Thanks! 👍🏻
I hope she gets shipped to Waukesha to stand trial before Judge Dorow and for the next 3.5 weeks demand that subject matter jurisdiction be proven on the record.
I feel like it's a case of "my way or the highway".
If she wants to testify and they know she will lie, would that be reason to withdraw??
I think the prosecution can challenge that. So I doubt it can be valid… but I could be wrong
I agree with you Pete. She wants it her way!
We totally need an emoji for “Woof” Love when Peter says that lol
🐶
I totally agree. 😂
It is cute like a little boy .😂
That's Exactly what you said when you read the last letter from the Attorney! I definitely could see Boone wanting something unethical to be done by her Attorney! 💜🤯💛🥰💜
Hey Peter Thanks 4 keeping up in the Loop! Have a great weekend, take care😊
I was hoping you'd cover this! Thanks! (I wish this judge would also do commentary on the Crumbley cases.)
Guilty as Charged. Prison !! ⚖️
I agree with the judge
I too don't think she's delaying. She absolutely thinks she's smarter than everybody else and believes she'll get off with her crazy lies.
@Peter Tragos or @Lawyer You know
Here's a prediction of a scenario that fits this Judge's speculations and the lawyers' withdrawals:
Bankowitz opened a door for Sarah Boone when he proposed the battered spouse defense. Sarah Boone has either
1) expressed to her Lawyers she will tell an expert lies about her and Jorge's domestic violence to make herself appear as only the victim and never the perpetrator
2) told her lawyers differing accounts of the DV to where they know she is lying
3) has done both of these and expressed she will give false testimony regarding the DV
Thanks for the info, I’ll check it out
Thats interesting because in all those letters she writes to the judges, she always says she wasn't at such and such hearing and it's her right to be at EVERY hearing and that she wants to be at every hearing.
I'll check out the video, thanks for telling us about it!
@@SamanthaLeigh7Everything is documented, Transparent Tea is very good channel.
This was a great recommend. She has stuff I haven't seen before and I feel like I've watched everything on this case.
Totally agree with Peter. I think she doesn't understand that regardless of her intention, it is still murder.
"BUT IT WASN'T INTENTIONAL!"
"Oh, ok Sarah. As long as you say it wasn't intentional (even though the video YOU took proves otherwise) then were all good and you can go home." --Exactly what she expected them to say. 🤦🏼♀️
I don't believe she wants to delay,I believe she wants her lawyer to present this her way, exactly what you said
Peter. You are too kind and professional lol. I appreciate your honesty
my biggest worry about this case is- this will create the template for other defendants as a "how to delay your trial infinitely" depending on how long this goes without forcing her to move on and go to trial.
She is delaying in the hopes of getting an attorney to agree with the defence she wants.
This was a most informative/educational video .Thanks Peter❤❤@The Lawyer you Know Have a great weekend everyone ❤Stay safe
So glad you have the Parkland judge on here. I think she had hell during that case with those disrespectful defence lawyers.
That was very enlightening. I wish she was still on the bench. Thank you for putting this up on your channel. Shake off the week and have a great weekend!
She wants to put on some defense and it’s a defense that the lawyers can’t do!
No. She totally believes she's going home
Ah, what is better than one lawyer speculating about the case - two lawyers speculating about the case! 😊
A drunken game of Hide and Seek. I think he got into the suitcase willingly, thinking it was funny and then she found him and zipped him in.
The trial will show what happened. Neighbor heard fighting, quiet then boom down the stairs, what about the bat? Before the stairs or after? Drunk or not, she wanted revenge.

???? How can a judge be so young? Doesn’t an attorney need 15-20 years before becoming a judge?
I’m from UK so I don’t know how US legal system works, but is she not in a cushier jail/prison whilst she’s on remand (still innocent until proven guilty)? If she is, maybe she’s stalling to stay where she is as long as she can.
I think the exact same thing. County Jail is a lot easier than Prison. Every day she spends in Jail is one less day in Prison. She’s playing the system to her own benefit.
Anyone secretly hoping Boone represents herself and we get a Darrell Brooks round 2?
I just hope it's televised either way!
I THINK SHE IS TRYING TO DELAY IT BECAUSE SHE KNOWS SHE'S GUILTY, AND SHE WANTS AS MUCH LIBERTY AS POSSIBLE...SHE IS GUILTY AS HELL...WHY ARE YOU ON HER SIDE..

Honestly, I think the both of you are right because of how she tries to word and manipulate everything no matter how bad it is!
It must be hell on earth dealing with her!!! It doesn’t matter what lawyer she has, she’s all done!!!!
Agreed, I don’t think she is trying to delay either. She wants the perfect lawyer and the perfect defense and wasn’t going to budge.
She says as much in her letters.
Delaying the trial actually does help Sarah IMO because she has to suspect, as many do, that Prison is FAR worse than the County Jail.
I have also heard prison offers educational resources, therapy and other things given that this is now their life. In other ways it is no doubt worse. She would get time served I suppose. I wonder if she would allow a mental evaluation? I am no expert but she seems delusional, grandiose and histrionic with an edge of sarcastic superiority - she is fascinating to observe really, but very dangerous IMO.
As an Australian solicitor/lawyer I find the U.S Justice system almost circus like ..
You should watch the Fani Willis trial🤣🤣🤣
It is. On TV and UA-cam as entertainment.
In Australia murderers go to jail for like 15 years lol. That's the joke
And gRapists and kiddy fiddlers get single digit years and suspended sentences
@@EmperorOfManthat's not actually true. It differs per state but life imprisonment is mandatory for murder in South Austrailia most of the rest are 20 to life depending on the age of the victim.
It can be both? Delay and wants it her way
You could hear her laughing when he was yelling in the suitcase, I am 100% sure that detail will be highlighted in the trial.
Thanks!
I am hopeful that this female lawyer Boone has now will be able to whip her client into shape to get this trial back on track.
I think she is not accepting any responsibility and maybe she does wants to delay, but mainly because the attorneys have been telling her that she won't get off, so she gets mad. She thinks she should get off scot-free.
What do you do if you put a client on the stand, and they lie unexpectedly?
Love your new set up!
thanks for commenting
I believe that it is a multiple of reasons , not just her wanting to testify .
Hi Peter, im not sure if you’ve discussed before, but would you take a look at the Derek Rosa case that’s happening in Florida?
Beautiful backdrop!
Imo I don’t think she is delaying. 🤷🏻♀️
How do we find your merch? I looked on the headers and didn’t see any “store” or how to view your shirts etc.
Entertaining as always. I agree with you Peter. I am very sure she is trying to get the attorneys to do something unethical.

Why is everyone still calling her “judge” when she is no longer a judge?
Often people who attain a high position retain the title part even after they step down, it’s a courtesy thing.
