I'm surprised the detectives didn't just ask, "Why were you helping him hide if you were the seeker?"
Good question.
Good question, maybe they just figured hide and seek was ridiculous enough
Best question ever!
Very good question ! I myself didn’t even think of it !
Absolutely facts. I was thinking the SAME, EXACT, thing when I was listening to it
I don’t know about anyone else, but usually when I play hide and seek, I don’t help hide the person I’m about to try and find. Defeats the purpose when there’s only two players. 🙄
Haha. Good point. 🥸
Sarah's lying to the max...
That’s what I’m saying! The fact that she even thought that story would be bought is beyond me.
I am wondering if it wasnt something kinky, that turned vengeful and then deadly.
@@doctoroctos Anything's possible, bet she wishes she could change it now.
The ex husband dodged a serious bullet getting divorced from that psycho
He probably had a box cutter to get himself of his suitcase at the time.
IKR🥶
The ex husband won this day. Sarah was using the 1600 monthly alimony from him to live on. Now, he doesn't have to pay it anymore and he gets full custody of the son. Also the son doesn't have to grow up with this wack job of a mom.
This female Deputy who is conducting this investigation is definitely an asset to her profession.
Even in the face of such an unsettling scene she takes the time to remain polite, professional and compassionate. Kudos to you ma’am
Her name is Chelsea -- she's awesome. Dry. Sardonic. The in-office interrogation was a pleasure to watch.
Yea but she cuts her partner off when he's asking a question that matters
And she doesn't drive the questioning in a good direction
She just doesn't dig in when she should
“Kudos to you ma’am”
🤢🤢🤢🤮
Watch the interrogation at the police station. The detectives are torn apart by the Behavior Panel.
Blessings to her ! What a lovely girl 🥰
Nothing screams "GUILTY!" louder than caring more about your Dr. Pepper than your dead boyfriend.
For real - “my boyfriend just died, should I like, go give the tea to the property manager? Also, dang, I’m really thirsty, can I go grab my Dr. Pepper?” ………. 😵💫
It wasn't about the Dr. Pepper at all, sure she did wanted the dr. Pepper but, it was the phone Sarah was after the entire time.
@@TellTheTruth07041 I'm sure it was.... But the police didn't know that. All they saw was a woman more concerned about her drink than her dead BF.
Yes all that is true I was only pointing out just how manipulating and cunning Sarah really is and that there was more to what was going on than meet the eye that all.
All correct! But can you imagine stopping nicotine and vodka all in the same day. She really wants a cigarette!
Note to EVERYONE: Never, ever, allow someone to lock you in a suitcase "for fun" or for literally any other reason.
Or at least have a pocket knife on your person before u do...
He didn't goofy
What if I lock myself in the car? Do I break the window?
@@3yearsago287 this.. serious? It's so hard to tell these days..
It’s not the first time she did this. Put her son in a suitcase and took photographs. She says he wanted to be in there!
Her ex-husband seems WAY more put together than I would’ve ever envisioned if somebody were to say, “Sarah Boone’s ex-husband.”
Her x husband sounds and acts like he might be in the closet.
Makes you wonder how much she's deteriorated in the last decade since it seems things started going downhill after their now 9yr old was born. Would love to have seem early family photos.
That’s why he’s the ex husband and not the victim in this video.
@@gabelle3160other than her breasts sagging pretty badly she held up okay, wait is that not what you meant?

Total narcissist behavior. Scary.
In her defense she needed a doctor
she was trying to get away
That’s because that DP has booze in it.
Glad you’re not a professional, since you’re clueless on the dynamics and variation of normal human behavior….
From an average persons point of view he was in a suitcase, he was dead there was no blood, DNA , bullets or anything all she had to do was put the suitcase in her car or a taxi or whatever and dump it in a river and she would be free to this day but she reported herself lol
“I drank half a bottle of wine, forgot I zipped my lover in a suitcase, and now he’s mysteriously dead” is actually the worst cover-up story ever.
Yeah... And 1/2 a bottle of Wine is only 2 glasses.
Are you sure you didn't drink a Mega Pint of wine?
Yeah. More like "I suffocated him, put him in a suitcase, drank a bottle of wine, and someone called the cops on me, them waking me up".

How much was the bet 💴? I hope it was a lot, 50/50 chance of dying BUT on the sunny side of this is 50/50 chance you live, idk…personally, I’m not into betting bc I always lose
The fact she filmed him begging her to let him out because he couldn't breathe and her mocking him just tells you everything. She killed him horribly.

"Why is he purple?" ... b***** u suffocated him 🤦🏼♀️and left him in an unnatural position for hours, why do u think, I'm so hoping they have enough to change this to first degree murder from second... if it's proven from what I heard, she pushed him down the stairs in the suitcase and that's how he sustained those injuries, it's a game changer
sounds like he deserved it
@@blueyes8682 I'm surprised she even got a murder charge at all.
What a fantastic job by this officer. So professional and patient at every turn. She deserves a promotion and a million gold stars.
99% of cops are corrupt and dirty, why does a person who actually does their job as a cop deserve a medal and raise?
Should be the case for every cop.
Million dollars
If it was a male officer you wouldn't be saying that though
Someone please PLEASE give this female police officer a raise. She was so kind, so courteous, so professional, even in the face of a blatant murderer. So deserving of a lot of good in this world. ♥
But she never got Sarah her drink nor her cigarettes.
You don’t have to say “female” police officer.
Professionalism on duty
@@sherrykrause3410 she didn’t deserve the kindness to begin with. It’s procedure to not allow anyone back into the property or move things cause she got have tampered with evidence or something so until the crime scene is investigated even if it’s irrelevant and you aren’t even a suspect you aren’t allowed back in
She reminds me of a lot of female soldiers I knew in the military, highly competent but also highly empathetic
I totally believe her story. It’s very possible that she locked him in a suitcase, forgot and fell asleep. Heck, my wife was hanging of the window ledge the other day and I tried to save her but forgot and went to bed
Completely believable, you did everything you could
@@B_Lo95 I'm 98% sure they are joking. Her story is only believable if you are as morbid as her. :D

Or tryna get that phone and delete those videos.
She should have been more prepared. Shoulda made a run to 7-11 for a cold case of DP and a carton of cigarettes. Then call the cops and sit on the curb relaxing and deleting those incriminating phone messages. /S
Who plays hide and seek in your 30s and 40s... other than hide the woody

Well said!
I would bet that Sarah actually did get up in the morning, saw that Jorge was dead then ran back up to bed for hours trying to figure out what she was gonna do then eventually realized she had no choice but to call the police since her ex husband was blowing up her phone.
I tend to agree. she was in that timespace where no one would expect anything to be out of the ordinary, but as time went on she needed to confront reality, which is when she setup the games and puzzles as an excuse for their "great day". The truth is nothing was great about that relationship.
The claustrophobia I feel thinking about being stuck in a suitcase makes me sick.
It's gotta be so bizarre to show up to a house where someone is clearly trying to cover up a murder.
Especially the paramedics, imagine thinking “uh pretty sure this lady murdered this guy, hopefully the cops get here soon” haha
@@mikederucki yes...lol. but as someone with experience in EMS ...medics and fire have to wait for a code 4 (clear) before we can enter the active scene.
Now. We can, technically...make the judgement to move in before the cops arrive but that opens us up to harm and lawsuits , had we started to administer aid and something go wrong....that's a whole world of crap we don't need to deal with. It gets frustrating m
@@dianakarina8080 interesting, I am a total layperson so I appreciate your feedback

In the BACK of the head.
“Hey bud, I believe you and I know you’re sad but let me get these bracelets on ya while we talk mmk?”
Thank God she forgot about recording his last moments alive.
I've been more upset about locking my keys and a car
That female cop is awesome. Love the way she comes across so amenable and non-judgemental and calm - but underneath she must be like ‘woaaahhhh man this is CLEARLY not an accident and we need to preserve the scene and get as much information as possible as evidence. Bravo.
Yeah, she said to the EMT "fill this out, this could be a real thing"
She called it from the jump

@@nicole6323- It's not exactly rocket science.
So, she realized an OBVIOUSLY suspicious situation was suspicious? That deserves a bravo?! Wow.
@wvrjl thank u for pointing out that I forgot to put the word sarcasm in parentheses
That’s not a cover up she’s literally confessing to killing him. She said she zipped him in a suitcase and then forgot and went to sleep. That’s a confession to at the very least involuntary manslaughter.
yeah she only remembered after she had a shower and breakfast and then came across the video on her phone. she 🤣
She also contradicted herself saying she was going to /in bed by 12:30. When originally she said she fell 😴 . Falling asleep and going to bed are two different things. Off 1 bottle of wine? Seems unbelievable
@@Rickordss She said they were playing hide and seek. You cant zip yourself into a suitcase so the game really wasnt fair because she knew wherre he was hiding.
laughter? I don't see what's so funny about it, "man"
That’s not even the bad part. She filmed it and he told her he couldn’t breathe but she sat there and laughed
That’s the most guilty person I’ve ever heard speak. Even if her story wasn’t utterly absurd, it was still obvious she was lying.
it was obvious she did it before the questioning even began. when she asked to run back inside the apartment before the cops "i left a cigarette lit, i need something to drink, i left my Dr Pepper on the counter..." She was panicking and remembering more loose ends she wanted to tie up before cops got in there.
*laughs in Amber Heard*

The female officer does an amazing job separating and questioning and taking charge of the scene. She is an example of how Officer should be 🥰
Not once did she act like she just lost her boyfriend. She was more worried about her cigarettes and Dr Pepper.
After he Ex came over and told her to call 911, she went out to the back porch for a smoke and Dr Pepper. BEFORE she called 911.
@@iwantthe80sback59 I really think she was doing more than we will ever know. We all know she wasn’t doing CPR. I’ve flooded this story from day one and it’s amazing she really thinks she will get off on all charges.
If my partner died in a suitcase I would be screaming and losing my mind. Hysterical to a level I couldn’t imagine. The only time she shows emotion is when it’s referring to her. The first officer on sight is amazing and deserves a promotion.
The first officer suppressed so many eye rolls.
I think she may be lying, but I also think judging people by the emotions they show is dangerous. People and relationships are different. She might care a lot and not be a demonstrative person. She might not care for him but still not be a killer. She is obviously hung over and strung out here, which shows her substance dependence but could also impact her emotional reactions. (I can say, as an arthritis/headache sufferer, there are some mornings when if the police were interviewing me I'd be begging them for coffee and aspirin just so I could possibly get through the conversation.)
Potential criminals should be assessed on the logic and accuracy of their stories, not the level of emotion they show when questioned.

@@Shion0Hibiki ah right, splittin a bottle o wine and doing some arts n crafts, a little hide n seek... definitely on the verge of a breakup

How do I find that video of her recording herself David James 7382? Thank u
@justchillin6117 believe it's on Police Activity on UA-cam. They don't play much of it back..she incriminated herself. She sat back was laughing when he suffocated to death.

Ma’am, you zipped an adult male up in a suitcase and left him there over night. You killed him, whether you meant to do so or not.
Oh she meant to do that.
She recorded his death on her cell phone. She meant to. Cold blooded murder.
@Burr Anderson What’s wrong with adults drawing and playing hide and seek? Fun is fun. It’s just sad what the outcome was because the woman is a psycho
how big was that suitcase?
And she also sat there and tuanted him, you can go on reddit to see the video that she took of her tuanting him and saying she will not let him out and him saying through the suitcase he can't breath.
Imagine being a grown adult trying to convince a cop that you killed your partner by falling asleep during a game of hide and seek
...in a suitcase that you zipped close
@@IceHarvest929 People keep saying she planned to kill him. They have lived together, and have been beating each other up and drinking together for 3 1/2 years. I think she meant to leave him in there "and make him squirm a little bit, or whatever" Sarah's own words. Leaving someone in a suitcase for any length of time is barbarous, and very dangerous. Leaving someone in a suitcase while they are begging to be let out because they can't breathe is a whole other level. So delusional, CPR when he's been in the suitcase since around 12:30? No, he'll be alive ready for more painting, or even playing hide and seek.

The way she stares directly into this officers eyes fully knowing she is lying is extremely chilling. She knew she had murdered him and was laughing while she recorded. Sick and twisted lady I hope she is never allowed on the streets again and her child is given the help they need.
Geez did somebody give her Mirandas? What’s wrong with this officer, I know the ladies not under arrest but still when you question someone… Especially where is the confidentiality? Right! That's the most cheerful interrogation I've ever watched. I wonder if the officer noted that as his demeanor in her notes. 🤣
Divorces especially when child custody is involved take a very long time even years. I agree the husband seemed happy, definitely spilled the beans on domestics but the timeline thing is speculative especially when you consider most marriages are over years before even filing for divorce. I mean he has a cool enough relationship to show when she calls for a potential homoside.
Not to mention a murderer
Spoiler altert, even though she was convicted of murder and sent to prison for life the family court system still awarded her custody of the children with her ex ordered to pay child support to her.

Just gonna leave that there for everyone 😂
not defending this piece of trash but often times couples split way before divorce actually occurs, since it takes a pretty long time
She gave almost every sign of guilt immediately.

Great observation Perry Mason. You cracked the case 👍
Genuinely curious what those signs are
@@ricardocastro253 She was hostile in her explanation of the events, she was trying very hard to sell her story, She seemed very defensive in telling the story, and a big lack of genuine sadness and more of fear for the outcome on the initial investigation. She coming down off of alcohol and she has depressed im sure of it
Men, do not hesitate for one moment to place a court-issued restraining order against your female partner if you feel your safety and health is in jeopardy. Placing a permanent restraining order on my female partner was absolutely the wisest protective move of my adult lifetime. My only regret is not doing it years earlier. Men, be safe!
no court order is gonna stop someone from harassing you. and its your own time n money ure investing into keeping the case open if youre gonna go that far with it.
In THIS system a restraining order does absolutely NOTHING if someone wants to harm u! Period
A restraining order is not a guarantee for your protection but it is better then nothing.
@@preemelice5604 it's not meant to protect you from physical harm. It's meant to give you an immediate cause to call the police and for them to immediately react... simply because that person is violating the restrictions of the order (distance, contact, stalking, etc).
I,m happy it worked out for you. Problem is that it's mostly the man who's arrested in domestic violence cases. Even if he's the victim and the one who called the police. It can even be used against him in family court in case of divorce or a custody battle. This is because of the duluth model. It dictates that not the one initiating the violence, but the one most likely to win a physical fight is marked as the primary aggressor. This is almost always the man. A restraining order might be a good idea early on. But better make sure you have a good lawyer. Because it might just as easily turn against you. I've heard from men who were attacked by a female partner, called the police, and were jailed themselves. Then they lost everything in family court and forced to pay their abuser. It's heartbreaking some of these stories from male victims.
May his soul rest in peace. Sending all the love and healing. I wish for all the justice and the best only. Stay strong. He did not deserve this ❤️
It's amazing how she can only think about herself.
Right?! She never once asked when/where they would be taking Jorge, actually she never even said his name except when the officer asked her what it was. Not concerned one bit that his family was going to be told their son/father/sibling was deceased. She only cared about how their possible reactions would affect her.
If this was an accident then she would be crying so hard. No tears. She's not sorry for what she did. This whole video is a perfect example of a lying, manipulative, woman thinking she's smarter than everyone else around her
I couldn't have said it better myself!!!
Well you probably saw the interrogation. She "excel's at everything":....WHO TF says that?? Nobody excels at everything and if she excelled at much of anything she would have been awake to pick up her son from school (the ex says she often is not dependable for these various types of parental duties, so clearly she was not "an outstanding mother to her son" as she claimed to police.) People who excel in life don't end up drunk every day living in a tacky townhouse and using violence as a way to solve conflict. She is a piece of work.
She’s shaking there, apparently she’s nervous she doesn’t look calm, w/o water cigrettes, odd she can’t be calm.

@@normacolon9618 My point is that if she ‘excels at everything “ she could have any job she wanted. Chick was unemployed and waking up at. 1230 pm after a night of drinking was NOT unusual for her. I’m so tired of her asking for drinks, cigarettes, etc 🙄. You suffocated someone ma’am…sit your crazy butt down somewhere 😏
She said she zipped him up then fell asleep. She also took a video of herself telling the guy "this is what you get." "It's on you." And basically saying she was killing him he kept saying "babe I can't breathe" and she was just laughing. This woman needs capital punishment. And no, she has no mental illness her personality is psychotic.
The way she keeps saying that they were playing puzzles, doing artwork, drinking a glass of wine as if those leisure activities justify her shoving him into a suitcase and leaving him in there to die... the nerve of this woman. OH makes me SICK!
That’s cuz it’s hella rehearsed. That’s why she always starts with puzzles
Scarily enough, if it wasn’t for the phone videos she had still she likely would have got away with her story
She’s accused of murder and she worries about a Dr Pepper that she left inside? That’s disgusting. She’s showing no remorse whatsoever. And her story obviously doesn’t make any sense. You let him stay in a suit case you FORCED him to get into. Who gets in a suitcase playing hide and seek? I saw the video she recorded of him shouting her name while he was suffocating! She’s literally sick in the head!!!! The ex was lucky to get away from her.
Perhaps she thought Dr Pepper might have witnessed something odd
She's a bad person , deserves jail , not a mental treatment
I mean, I’d say the Dr Pepper was an excuse…
@@itsjustmyopinionbut1671 I can agree to that
She has ASPD
I feel bad for the ex-husband who got dragged into this.
I suspect he might be slightly amused by the whole situation ... Plus probably relieved that his son wouldn't have to be around her anymore.
She was with him for 3 years, but doesn't know if he has any underlying medical conditions?
She thought the police would buy that whole story! How delusional can you be..
Well if it was a male he would've been in cuffs long ago, so I'm not surprised she thought she could lie and act her way out of it.
If it hadn’t been for the video evidence, she could well have gotten away with it.
About 5 minutes in the lady cop says the word 'homicide' really loud. The suspect overheard it easily, her face changes big time after that point. You could tell she was trying to think up a new story as she gazed too.
The fact that she acted like the cop was there to get her a drink. Absolutely the most repulsive person alive. How sick and nasty can a person be.
Sarah is the worst of the worst..
Yes, Sarah Boone is totally repulsive. Just imagine that nasty cigarette and day-old alcohol breath. YIKES! I don't yet know who gets the gold medal for "repulsivity," Jodi Arias or Sarah Boone.
How did she think she would get away with this? It's absolutely ridiculous.
She's a textbook delusional, grandiose narcissist. In her interrogation at the police station, she praises herself on her "accomplishments" and says, "I excel at everything". I don't think she had an inkling she would be caught. Had she thought so, I think she would have made great efforts to dispose of the body.
Really, making a video of the brutal ordeal proved what happened. Who does that?
I am wondering what diagnoses she actually has received. Watching this video and also the interrogation video, also on UA-cam makes me think bipolar, manic, but it seems something else is going on, as well. The trial will be fascinating....if it is televised.
@@sarahallenhumboldt2638 I never thought of that, but you may be right. Being loud, and emphasizing things repeatedly. I've caused trouble that I will never get over because of my behavior. Never full-blown manic, but enough so that I made people miserable. Drinking makes it worse, of course.
Well I’m assuming if she didn’t record him then it would be a different situation. Maybe a longer case for
imagining the claustrophobia in that suitcase…CRAZY…
This is why I'm glad I changed my life and got away from shady people. so many drunken drugged nights with crazy partners that could've robbed and killed me, stripppers ect. It ruined my trust for years, there's still normal people out there.

I dunno how many of you have seen the vid from her phone of what she did to her boyfriend, but it was pretty strange and disturbing. She was pretty drunk, but they were not playing a game and he was urgently telling her that he could not breathe. Her response was uncaring and torturous. She frigging killed him!
What kind of hide-n-seek game is it when the only other person playing hides you?
Very impressed with the original officer. Not sure if she is a detective or not, but she was very professional. Working to get the information she needed while also being compassionate to the people she was dealing with. We need all of our officers to be like her!

That is so true 👍. Sarah felt cared for & it made her relax @ tell her "unbelievable" story better. Because of the good beginning, this case got to move forward more smoothly. You can see that even better when she was later in the interrogation room.
@@ntandosekay Yup. The officer calmly allowed this woman to slowly hang herself with her own ridiculous story. She was purposely kind and caring to help keep this woman talking.

Ditto! Hoping to know as well since I'm not caught up with this case but the little that I've seen from this video it all seems so tragic and horrible.🙄🤦🏻♀️
If goddess Justicia was a living human she would be the first bodycam cop. 🙏
The video of him begging for her to let him out is disturbing, and to consider she left him in there until the next day after noon. That’s a callous homicide. leaving someone in a suitcase for 14 hours leaves no room for her to say she didn’t mean for him to die. It’s no different than if she shot him and said she didn’t mean for him to die. It’s a deadly act, done intentionally and callously without mercy.
Most murders are crimes of opportunity, the person is not displaying any murderous behaviour unless they feel they have the opportunity to get away with it.
I personally think it's worse than if she had shot him. Then it would only be murder, what she did was torture and murder.

The poor ex-husband. You can see it on him that he kind of understands by intuition alone what has really happened, and that he now has to tell his son that his momma is in prison for murder charges.
