The fact she said she did CPR and then had such a shocked reaction when being asked to do it and hearing gurgles. It makes me think she never attempted CPR prior to being told to do it.
Also his eyes...Just convince me they were drug buddies...
She was so clearly creeped out. I don't think she did CPR either, just did the counting to satisfy the 9-1-1 operator.
Good catch. I thought the same thing
@@raunchi2383 I was just thinking he does have cray 👀 eyes. Not that she isn't guilty.
the only reason he was warm is because he was confined in that suitcase
What I learned from this.
Never give up your power to another person. You never know what they are capable of.
I'm a respiratory therapist and we go to every single code in the hospital where compressions need to be done and I'm telling you 150% positive that she would not be able to do that without running out of breath also it didn't sound like she had even put down the phone you would definitely hear more of a commotion and she would absolutely be out of breath. We usually have to have people account for us because CPR is the best workout you will ever get
Even a couple rounds of CPR give me sore abs the next day. Good CPR is better than any crunches
@@sallycinnamon5370 I know it's really the only exercise I get but it's good!
100% confirm your comment! My daughter’s first time participating in a code blue left her sweating, sore, and exhausted.
Plus we know she decided to go outside and smoke. Even told officer she had “ one burning on porch” plus her ex said he saw her go outside and smoke .
Are you suggesting she lied??😁. That doesn’t seem like Sarah
I’m a nurse, I have done CPR, it is exhausting and strenuous for the rescuer and quickly causes the rescuer to have to breath more heavily from the exertion. There was no audible exertion in her voice when she was counting.
exactly what i was thinking
Ditto
My experience as well.
I was thinking the same thing. It’s a damn work out. Ribs are getting broken. She didn’t sound like she was doing much of anything.
Totally agree!
As an addiction counselor, the one thing that stood out for me in this case is Sarah's unwillingness to admit she has a problem with alcohol. At first, I thought it may be related to custody issues but now I see it as deep denial of her pattern with using substances. The simplest way to reconcile this case is to attribute her behavior to being drunk or in a blackout. She cannot bring herself to do this to her own detriment. I wonder if we'll learn this was the point of contention between her and her parade of attorneys.
Her neighbors said she was drunk ALOT
@@MochaTocha1984 I agree she was probably blackout drunk and most likely doesn't remember most of it.
@@isuppose2725nope being blackout drunk doesn’t absolve you of the death but it would be negligent homicide = least amount of jail/prison time!
There is no way she is doing cpr the entire time she’s on the call with the operator. Anyone that has done cpr knows how exhausting it is, which is why emts or nurses switch places. She isn’t out of breath or skipping a bit during conversation at all.
Agreed
Exactly. She is acting annoyed and rude. Unbelievable.
No way she can talk that much with ease while doing CPR. None.
This is exactly what I was going to say. A man collapsed in the street and it took 3 of us to keep switching to proform the cpr correctly. It is exhausting. Luckily, the man survived.
@lisa hale I remember being exhausted by the 30th rep on the cpr mannequin. You have to press so hard to reach the heart. There is no way she did even 1 rep. She's pure evil.
As someone who has been trained in CPR and has actually performed it, she couldn't have been talking that fluidly and been giving compressions at the same time.
That's exactly what I said too. It's very physical to do cpr and even counting you would sound winded rather quickly.
Question If rigor had set in, would it be possible to do CPR?
Yes, but it wouldn’t work.
@@MochaTocha1984 It would be challenging if he had where in rigor mortis in the fetal position.
@@debbiefaisoncook8307 I guess that was a crazy question after I think about it. It definitely wouldn't work. I'm a dork! But wouldn't it be awesome if it did? My brain needs CPR
Sounded like she did the first compression, he gurgled and it freaked her out (the scream sounded real to me) and then she stopped. She definitely wasn’t doing compressions when she was counting… she would be out of breath
Exactly I believe scream was real because she knew this person is stiff they are not revivable
That gurgle she heard would have been residual air escaping from his lungs. As a nurse I have heard it and it is creepy knowing the person is dead.
Also, when she says something like I'm still doing it, I'm just not counting anymore?!?!?
On rewatch crew, that suitcase moving gives me the chills. Her asking what happened is astounding, she’s already answered her own question. If she was doing the cpr she’d be out of breath it’s exhausting even for professionals.
🎯
NOT ONLY THAT, HE WOULD BE OUTSIDE OF THE SUITCASE.
@@ramonanewton5185 He was outside of the suitcase ! The google site you must have read is incorrect and a lot of people are misinformed because of it
Doing CPR on a adult male is physically exhausting and she’s talking during CPR. A 30 year nurse and this would never be possible in a person her size let alone carry a conversation.
Thank you I use to be an EMT and there is no way she was doing CPR!
Nurse for 17 years. Absolutely!
She also counting too slow 😊
Was 911 actually trying to get her to count one-two-three-four, one-two-three-four? She had so much attitude and she only counted up to the twenties twice or something. As a layperson it didn't sound like she was doing CPR to me, either.
Wow, she actually sounded annoyed with the 911 operator more than anything
She's annoyed because she knows she's at fault but feels she's above it, I think.
She's annoyed because she knows he's dead and didn't want the extra work of pretending to give a damn in addition to acting like she's giving CPR. Just listen to her "frantic" "please hurries!!" Remember, she called her ex-husband first who had to instruct her to even call 911 in the first place, according to his statement to the officer camera footage. She's so desperate for them to arrive that she has to be TOLD to call them in the first place? Come on.
If I heard it correctly In her 911 call she said she PUT him in a suitcase and they were playing hide & seek, hide & seek doesn’t involve knowing where the person hiding is…
Also video showing case moving !
She did say “put”!
I can't imagine how a woman her size could put a man in a suitcase against his will unless he was unconscious at the time.
It entirely defeats the purpose of the game, makes zero sense.
If she killed him, last thing she really wants to do is try to help him or touch his dead body. She's annoyed. She wants his body gone. She doesn't want to deal with it.
Her x said he wasn't inside. When she told him he was dead, he turned around and walked out. He wanted nothing to do with it.
I hope this trial will be televised. It’s unbelievable! Thank you for your live streams.
Keep checking Court Tv
It's Florida, trials are televised if there's any media interest.
@@platedlizard will the Idaho murder be televised???
oh shit. i would love love love to watch this one,
it's a bit scary but salacious and relationship driven enough to not be too sinister,
plus yeh boyfriend seems like a jerk, not deserving to be dead of course, but if he was a nice person it would be hard to watch, they both are a bit of a waste of space so it feels it's Ok to watch for entertainment.
i dk feel sorry for both of them, but not to the extent that it's too disturbing to watch,
it's just at that perfect level to be bloody fascinating.
always remind us to LIKEl it's easy to forget and we want to,
It's kind of unreal sometimes how emergency phone operators don't pay attention at all.
I think they just want to hear the story over and over with different words ... their duty is to keep the person talking....
Yeah, I mean...can't someone refuse to do CPR? The operator acts like there is no choice but to follow their script. I heard a call where the injury was a cut on the neck, and it seemed like the CPR was just making them die faster.
👍 The ineptitude is ridiculous. It isn't like there's a funding shortage for all things "first responder" and/or law enforcement. 🙄
I'm a Tampa native and served, in my 20s, on a 1st degree murder trial. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and wanted to make it. When I made it and realized this person's life was in my hands, it became very real and very serious. I would still do it again, but there is stress and pressure in making the decision.
The maddening thing about her is that she will not listen. I don’t know if it’s a mental thing, it just seems like she has to be right and talking over everyone will make her right.
She's not giving him CPR you can tell in her voice she would be exhausted she would sound like she's been running and she's not
As a 30vetran hospice RN, I masking, 'what is she ABLE to compress if rigor mortice has set in? AND the likelihood of a gurgle when STIFF? I've never heard it. But then again, I don't do CPR
Also, if rigor set in when he was in the suitcase, how could anyone do CPR…too much bs in her account(s)
When you roll them they gurgle. Even when stiff
I found my mother in the LR having had a massive heartattack. I did CPR for 20 min while waiting for ems and omgoodness is so tiring, hard and it takes it out of you. It did sound like get ribs were breaking. The 911 operator said that means I'm doing it right.
About the CPR: I watched CPR done on my dad when he went into cardiac arrest, just before they did a de-fib. It’s nothing like they show in movies and stuff, it is TRAUMATIC. It’s violent. It’s painful. And that’s just for someone watching. If she was doing chest compressions, she was doing the Hollywood version; I can’t imagine she was really trying hard if she believed it was too late and it was performative.
NO WAY she tried CPR. She told the 911 operator he had blood coming out of his mouth. When they arrived, she was clean.
True, I'm a nurse who has done compressions fast enough, not buying it.
Wow. It’s like it’s a inconvenience to her to try and save her boyfriend who she just let die! Omgoodness.
She wanted him dead.
She’s annoyed he died and now she has to deal with this.
whoaaaa this case is crazy AF!!! Even as a professional Icannot imagine what this case was like to hear on the phone!!! Let alone represent her in court! Playing hide n seek???? WTF!!
She was absolutely not doing CPR, there is no exertion in her voice, and she’s clearly holding the phone and just counting. I also do not believe they were playing hide and seek. She’s just lying and lying and lying. Her reactions are unbelievable-selfish, annoyed with everyone, demanding, no grief or shock.
I'm a nurse practitioner and actually just renewed my CPR certification last week... whether CPR is done right OR wrong, ribs can break. Generally, being alive is preferable to broken ribs. And usually, when it's done wrong, it's because people aren't pushing down enough, because they haven't locked their elbows, which is less likely to break ribs. I remember one of the first times I did real CPR in the ER while an intern, we worked on a guy for a whole hour and when it was my turn to perform compressions (pretty early on) we all heard the crack of a rib breaking. It's kind of creepy lol, even more creepy feeling it!!!. Unfortunately, the guy arrived DOA and was never revived.
I can't wait for Sarah's trial. I'm only assuming it will be televised. A lot of us are going to be disappointed if it's not.
I can't wait for her trial too. It's going more entertaining than O.J.'s trial. Especially if she takes the stand, which you know she will, and after watching her interview with detectives, I can't wait to see her torn apart by the prosecution. The best part will be when she's convicted and sentenced to life in prison by a jury. As she's hauled off by the officers, screaming, "It wasn't intentional! It wasn't intentional!" Pass the popcorn. 🍿
Yes it would be amazing if you could report from the trial for us. If we lived anywhere near Florida we would come too! I don’t think this was an accident. She meant to keep him zipped in the suitcase as some sort of punishment but maybe didn’t realise he could die. She sounds impatient and annoyed
I would love to go but it’s a 2 hour drive for me. But I would love for you to go and report back Peter.
Her ex-husband was very smart making HER make the 911 call. I believe he told the police that she had wanted him to do it
Plus she was trying to get him to come in the apartment and he said oh hell no!!! He said he put one foot in the foyer, saw Jorge’s legs, and stepped out. He would have been sucked right into the crime scene and investigation.
If she was actually doing this much CPR for this long she would be completely exhausted and out of breath. The fact that her voice has a similar clarity and tone throughout the whole call is disconcerting considering she’s supposedly trying to restart his heart during this…
"I put him in the suitcase, we were playing," & "we were playing hide n seek." I must have been playing hide n seek wrong all those years. Would have been much wasier if we put the person where we wanted them to be and then seeked to find them. 911 call is not good for her in that respects but I would like to know more about the injuries from ME. If he was unconscious and she put him in the suitcase after the fact and when he came 2, that is what we are hearing him pleading. Idk. Will have to wait for other reports of injuries.
My thoughts exactly.
Right, she may have rolled the suitcase with him in it down the stairs too😢
@@bonniejosavland3227 I believe that as well. ME report should shed some light on any injuries.
I wonder how much or how little time the jury in this trial needs for deliberation
If she “put him in” then who was he hiding from??
That's my point! If you hid me, I think the seek part should be thrown out. Trying to use terms I've learned from Peter!
None of it makes any sense. The ONLY “explanation” is they were completely hammered
Could you cover all her previous lawyers motions so we can understand why she went through so many lawyers?
I am an RN and for him being so young his ribs probably would not be broken. If someone is elderly and their bones are brittle it is completely possible.
I also have jury duty next week and am hoping to be picked!
You might have to declare you were following the case on social media.
It's so shocking to me that she never says anything like, Omgosh baby please be okay. Pleae don't leave. I mean anything! But it's just a big annoyance for her. And she's definitely not doing chest compressions!
The ex stayed outside. Smart man. He just got the vibe she wanted him to be in the house to set him up. Would not have put it past her.
You know what peaked my interest...her voice volume never changed from talking to dispatcher to talking to guy giving advice on cpr. So either she was on speaker the whole time (but didnt seem far away) or she somehow was doing CPR either phone pinned to here ear and the phone wasnt moving enough to cause any sort of scuffling noise. I wonder if she was actually doing CPR or only started right before the emts walked in to make it seem like she was doing it the entire time. She seemed so annoyed having to count, like ugh 18 19 20.
Just an FYI. I am a doctorately prepared nurse practitioner with may years working in the ICU many code blues under my belt. CPR when done properly absolutely breaks ribs.
emt: “maam, your story is whack and he’s dead af.” lol
I can’t believe she is actually doing CPR. She sounds like she is short fused while the operator is trying to help her.
If she says we were playing hide and seek and I feel asleep again I'm gonna scratch my eyes out.
Who in their right mind would let someone put them in a suitcase and zip them up? Some of these cases, geeza louiza 😵💫
Crazies😢
I got redirected, I wonder if it's a setting we all make on our accounts - like autoplay?
Here's how you know she didn't do CPR. CPR is incredibly energy draining and she would have been out of breath. She was not.
I also did not get redirected, but I am now in the rewatch.
Ii was in the Army. Thanks for all you do.
My experience on jury duty several years ago, it was a horrible domestic violence case. The guy nearly killed his girlfriend. We found him guilty on all counts. After the verdict was handed to the judge and jury poled, the defendant jumped out of his chair and lunged at our jury. Deputies tackled him and sat him back down and the judge quickly dismissed us with escorts out of the courthouse. It was frightening because I was on the front row.
Holy crap, so scary!
That's when you hope the deputies are paying attention . That must have been scary.
Well, you know you got that one right!
Do you know what the judge ended up sentencing him to?
@@annas1197 no, they dismissed us very quickly and I was so glad. Not sure of his sentence but I hope a good long time. State of Illinois so not sure.
She’s not even out of breath. Her breathing rate and voice is exactly the same with every “count” of CPR
People who have taken a CPR Course knows how exhausting it is to do on a dummy ....I can't imagine on an actual person...she was sipping her Dr Pepper and having a smoke on the porch for the last hour now she is counting nothing It cant be normal to tell the Operator a long story instead of shrieking WHAT SHOULD I DO...HELP HELP
I just watched the video of Jorge begging her because he could NOT breath and she laughs, curses at him and knows darn well he is suffering and does nothing to help him. I can’t believe this. I really did not expect that video at all. I am beyond shocked and devastated. Hurts my heart.
I had the same reaction when I saw it. Unbelievable! If it wasn't videotaped you wouldn't believe it. This woman belongs in jail for the rest of her life.
If this was said previously, ignore…zippers in the dozen/flat position “lock”, as in won’t slide down. I knew this worked in jeans, etc, I checked my suitcase and it works the same way. Even if she left a “hole”, if his finger could not “raise” the zipper out of the “lock” position, he would not be able to open it.
Weirdest funeral I ever went to was for a lifelong alcoholic. The family was sad but also there was a sense of relief that the abuse was over. I don’t know if she did it on purpose but I could see how a part of her was relieved that he was gone. This would be a hard one to be on the jury. Definitely a toxic relationship that will be hard to untangle.
Just another prespective
Not a nurse or a medical professional, my experience from doing CPR come from being First Aid certified as a police officer.
Most people do CPR with dispatcher guidance tend to use hand free if she is calling from a mobile phone (which is most likely) or would have to put down the phone if you are on land line because you need both hands for it. And if you use hand free, you are using omni directional mic, which will pick up background noise like crazy. And if you put down the phone or hand it to someone else, you wouldn't be talking on the phone.
I neither hear noise (the phone conversation is crystal clear) and I didn't hear break or info relay from someone else, I don't think she is doing CPR.
she inhaled an entire pizza as she applied "CPR."
I have a fascination with Sarah because she is just a roller coaster of a human. Your many videos on her made me subscribe and hit the bell. I wanna see a discussion of every letter! I do not fear people I cannot understand, but hold a morbid curiosity about them... from a very safe distance. As my sister, who survived my abusive biological family as much as I did, which is why we "adopted" one another as sisters, said, "Not understanding people like that is a good thing. It says you are sane and upstanding."
I could never, never be a 911 operator.
Peter
That’s exactly how I feel! Can’t wait to get my notice to appear in the mail! I used to dread that letter!! You, & others like you, have changed that!❤🎉
If you were able to become our eyes during some of that suitcase trial, it would be awesome..I vote yes!
I have loved your channel from your early days of the Ronnie O'Neal trial. Remember that crazy one? 🤪
Thank you for always giving your honest, fair, and intelligent opinion.. I am truly excited with all your efforts and your personal teaching style, you make it easier for the lay person to understand and/or any (future Jurors)..Justice always matters, and understanding the rules of the court system and how it works definitely helps figuring out the rest of confusion...
You do a great job!! Congrats for all your efforts!!
Blessings and prayers to you and your entire family, from a lil old Nana of 3 in NC🥰
I would be extremely annoyed if someone wanted me to do CPR on an OBVIOUSLY dead body. They wouldn't listen to her that he was CLEARLY dead. Might even go so far as to fake it because the dispatcher CLEARLY didn't grasp the situation and its not like it's going to hurt anyone.
Omg yes Peter!!! I would love to hear your perspective from sitting in at the Sarah Boone trial.
She sounds so put out on the call. What a sad outcome for this victim. Should not have happened. Rip.
So for Peter and the others saying why is she doing CPR if he’s dead? That’s who you do CPR on, not on someone who’s still breathing. Also if he’s stiff how did she get him out of the suitcase and straighten him out to do CPR? She’s pumping on his chest but yet her breathing doesn’t change, she should be getting exhausted!!
Suitcase murder used to be the lady who cut up her husband and put him in suitcases. This is a new one.
I use to clean houses, and I notice vacuum marks.
Hey Cargo Pilot guy from the chat.Im a retired 757 Captain at DHL Express.
I love your content! I have spent an embarrassing amount of time watching your Sarah Boone playlist today. 😂
After living with a paramedic I've learned the correct way to do chest presses is not to count to 15 but instead sing Staying Alive which has the perfect tempo for the thing :)
Sara keeps telling them to hurry- YET she waited , called her ex and even waited on him to put his puppy away and drive over , now all of a sudden she’s in a panic and wants them to hurry.
When she says “ believe me I’m doing it (CPR) we know she decided to go outside and smoke. Fist thing she says when paramedics get there is “ can I quit giving him CPR now”.
Her first explanation " we were playing and I put him in a suitcase" is better than " we were playing hide n seek '"
I think they fought. She either pushed him or he fell down the stairs and was unconscious at the bottom.
I think she then panicked and put him in the suitcase.
At some stage he came to, she decided to keep him in the suitcase as a form of punishment. Then went to bed.
Interesting and plausible theory. Very possible.
Love this channel, thank you for your hard work.
Andersonville, Tennessee here!
And YES, broken ribs result OFTEN...but he's STIFF... she's TELLING them that..
I thought it was interesting to hear you talk about whether or not you would take a case or choose to work with a potential client. I would love to watch an entire video about what that is like and some examples. How does that go? Are there interviews? When do you decide and how do you know? Do you have cases you regret taking (no judgement, my attorney friends definitely have their less than favorite clients and cases)
So, she apparently really thinks everyone is stupid: they're playing hide and seek, yet SHE put him in the suitcase so SHE already knows where he is...
Some "hide n' seek" game that was! Boone knew where he was hiding--she put him in the suitcase, and with a faulty zipper to boot. She was annoyed with the man on the phone because she knew that her boyfriend was already dead! She told the operator that. All the pumping of his heart from that point on was futile! She knew it! If you watched the interrogation, she was rather abrupt and cocky with the interrogators. I think at first, she felt they were her buddies and that she was going home. She was the one who put Jorge in the suitcase and left him and went to bed intoxicated. Plus, she videotaped him in the suitcase. She's one shrewed operator, that one! Good Lord!
And if you're doing CPR you'd be out of breath by the count of 30 ... Js
YES! Would definitely enjoy LYK in the courtroom--it would be interesting and informative. Hope it happens!!
Peter, I’m a Senior Litigation Paralegal at a personal injury law firm. I have always wanted to be a juror. I want to know what goes on in the jury room. I have been called to jury duty 3 times, but twice I was preempted and my panel wasn’t called the 3rd time. I completed my work study program at the State’s Attorney’s Office, then I worked for criminal defense counsel. As a paralegal, I’m not wanted on a jury, but because I’m a paralegal, I know to wait until all the evidence has been presented at trial before I pass judgment. Please don’t pass on paralegals on your jury. Love your commentary. Thank you for what you do.
Been Member for 8 months today! This case is unreal. Jeez when she said SHE put him in I gasped! Wrong thing to say. Love this channel!!!❤
I think her defense’s biggest obstacle is going to be mitigating her personality. I realize it isn’t fair but something about her is just so off putting to me. I can’t help but think it will affect her likability to the jury.
And she is not doing compressions. She would be out of breath.
