    When Mayumi said that working out doesn't cancel out the bad food, she was talking to me. I run with the idea it allows me to eat ice cream. No. The 80% rule is key, I have found. I need to build in times when I can treat myself, but when I stay at 80% with good food, I feel better. Thank you for being so inspiring.

      So true Paul! It's easy to get into that trap. I have found that a lot of times, it really is more about the diet than the exercise. The food really lays the foundation and the exercise improves your metabolism.
