Your best bet is getting as much ice time as you can this stuff may help you a little bit but it's not going to make you a better hockey player you got to get the time in game situations playing hockey , I've done all of this stuff before and the kids that are skate in 5 days a week are blowing by you
Iam training for broomball might start when my leg is better😭 iam overweight and not fit at all and iam trying to get better😎😎😎(ps. Broomball is similar to hockey)
A workout is typically only performed once per week as it should be in conjunction with a complete program design with other workouts filling in your other needs. And yes, this session helps with both conditioning + strength 👍

I do this: Sushups As mush As ican do Plank As many seconds As I can hold Bulgarian split sqats As much As I can do I sit in front of the wall without a chair for As musch As I dont fell like a skateblade doesnt stuck into my muscle Then i rest a little Than i do jumpsqats Than i strech my lower body. Should 13 year old kid do this? Correct it becase I dont want to inyure . do some other upperbody exercises

I did have half of a breakdown at the dive bombers and the stop and go push ups, I’m glad I pushed through✊

No, ideally you would be on a program where you have multiple workouts each week and switch up phases every 4-6 weeks.
