      This is just superb, I've been looking for "best hockey exercises" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

    I love that you explain why and how each exercise relates to game play. Paints a great picture for the young athlete.

    Thanks for this, yesterday was day one for the kids and this morning they've asked if we could do it again tonight. We started with a measured joint feet leap and will use this as a measurement of their progress. Thanks again

    Hey, i was wondering if i should to THIS workout 3 times a week(Monday Wednesday and Friday)
    Or 3 different total body workouts?

    I’m not sure if you guys will respond to this comment but I’m 11 years old and I play for a great AA team. Would this workout still be good for me?

    Front Foot Elevated Split Squats or normal split squats? For a 19 year old.

      They are different exercises, so, both throughout your entire programming. But, in this workout specifically, front foot elevated.

    How many times per week should you do this workout for maximum effect

      Once per week would be ideal for a single phase -- but then you'll want to switch things up after that.
