I hadn't thought of this, but I 100% agree, this would be awesome. I also think it's defintely possible for them to make a button for a combat log that is accessible and not invasive, or cluttering.
Really enjoyed your video, it really put the words to why the new system is so much better and explained it very well. Good work! As a little aside, I'd love if they added customization to this screen. Dice color options perhaps?
Thanks, that’s really nice. I also think that’s an amazing suggestion. Maybe the dice could change depending on what class you are or what ability check you’re making
Personally, I think showing the DC was a mistake. The feeling of anticipation in normal D&D when you don't know if you succeeded, you can only wait until the aftermath to know, is imo a main part of dice rolling. I think showing the DC removes all of that, so the moment the dice rolls, you know if you succeeded or not, there is no build up.
This added so much to the game, I am shocked how much better it did make things.
Looks like they rolled the right numbers with this upgrade then 🎲 👌🏻
it was a fruitful video thanks for your insight my gentleman sir
This is a kind comment, thank you for the compliment
Would be amazing if existed a system that we could see all combat dice rolls. Maybe a little polluted, but i like the idea

Great idea!
@@AlexGillezeau I think Pillars of Eternity did this. At least I remember the option to have all the rolls show up.
Great Vid!
