I think that at least the "nobody cares you don't look like you belong" is deliberate, it's playing on the way that especially rich/important people do not really acknowledge the people around them other than the role they can play, depicted by uniform. They wouldn't notice if every single cleaner and shop clerk and chef really was the same person.

Once you realize how overpowered Agent 47's insane silenced gun is at distracting guards it almost becomes a second nature as you whisk around.

WoW is a great example, especially if you farm achievements. There's lots of super grindy but braindead content like speedrunning the same Cataclysm dungeon over and over to get a rare mount - this requires no attention, especially after you memorise the route. Or going in a circle on your flying mount trying to get an extremelly rare world drop pet in Feralas. Also it's even better because WoW is tab target and you can just select "target nearest enemy" and get kills with instant casts. So in some cases you don't even need to look for the mobs. I switched to GW2 which also has some easy grindy content like this but the game scales up to max level and big chunk of the game is group content so most of the time you will have to focus on the game at least a little bit.

I found weapon mastery being much more useful than i thought, especially since staffs pop up more often

There are unlimited if you use doom 2 as base and the amazing PREMADEATH addon. You can create your own experience out of millions of mods, MAPPACK and so on.

Honestly it takes time. I wake up without alarm too because it startles me and the whole day i have a passive anxiety going on. It took some time but my body has got used to the rhythm. Now i wake up almost at the same time by myself. There are days i am really tired when i miss the wake up time. Otherwise the cycle continues. Somethings you can do to reset your cycle is. Have a early but light dinner and sleep by 10. Or not sleep one whole night and start your day at the time you usually want to wake up.

For me some of the enemies just kick high and low too fast for me to react. It almost seems like the game is just ignoring my inputs sometimes. The only way I can get through this game is by brute forcing my way through was just so unsatisfying. The fighting mechanics just suck.
