These exercises are great and are helping me to restore the strength that I lost due to 5 major surgeries and months in the hospital. I am 75 years young.
Your resistance band videos are the best. The exercises are self-explanatory and don’t require needless talking. I also prefer no attaching, especially when traveling. The last thing I want is to damage someone else’s door and have to pay for it. Keep up the excellent videos!

If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.
I didn't know that band position aroud the feet for the sitting pulls, thanks ! It would be great if you could do some tutorials using the big resistance bands too (that are doing a huge loop but have no handles) 😀
That happened to me last night. It was painful af its because i didnt close the door. but that won't stop me from doing them its a great way to exercise the chest and back

Great examples of using bands without anchors. Planning to workout at home today, so I only wish there was one for a wide grip pull-down/close-grip or underhand pull-down without an anchor.
I have been watching number of videos with resistance bands.. But when i watch this the very first exercise, it made me hit like button… Perfect no nonsense…..shear & effective workouts.
Omg yes a video that is right to the workouts and the way you put the bands around you feet. Mind blown I was able to use a heavier band because I was more confident it wouldn't shake me in face lol I try to use a grounded pole lol

Hi great exercises. I have one question. For the seated rows, it appears that he's slightly reclined, should the back be straight ie. 90 degrees with the legs or does it not matter wheater we are slightly reclined or at 90 degrees.
Great vid was looking just for this demonstrations straigt to it never occured I use my feet for anchors with doing arms but to do it for the back as well face palm moment. Thanks

I found using a doorframe pullup bar to be quite perfect, never had any issues.
