They have certain scopes we trained on where it will paint a red dot on the targets forehead but he can’t see the red dot, only you can see it with a vision goggles.

I am not a sniper, but I have bad eyes and the thing with long range scopes is they are adjustable. You adjust until it looks clear to you. You don't really need perfect vision.
This guy should have action figures in his likeness. Cold blooded! As calm as he is, dude actually being angry is probably a very, very, scary thing! LOL!
