    Part 4: • Nicholas Irving on Bei...
    Part 6: • Nicholas Irving on Kil...
    Part 1: • Sniper Nicholas Irving...
    --------
    In this clip, Shawn Prez started off by asking Nicholas Irving about being in the Army at 18 and having to take a life. Nicholas spoke about being trained to look for suspicious vehicles that could possibly have IEDs, and Nicholas explained that he stalled at someone who didn’t aim at him. After investigating the vehicle, Nicholas and the other soldiers with him discovered homemade explosives. He also revealed that the man was turned into “Jello” after being shot, and Nicholas shared a nightmare he had about the guy that night. Nicholas explained that they were doing 2-3 missions a day, and he estimated that he didn’t know how many people he killed. When asked how he functions after witnessing such horrific things, Nicholas said that his mind didn’t recognize the people as humans in his mind.

That first kill and the dream that he said he had that night is crazy and kimd of creepy. He says he as the fan spun he was covered in the deceased's blood. The question still remains whether 50 BMG can actually kill someone without hitting them. In answer to this claim, soldiers from war times with experience have dismissed this as a myth. They reported that regardless of the strength of this bullet, it can’t do anything without hitting anyone.

    • @ThumperG
      @ThumperG Рік тому

      Definitely a myth. If you go to the range and shoot a 50 cal at a piece of paper and miss by an inch, the paper will not even move, so of course it’s not going to rip someone’s arm off by missing 2 feet away. Just a myth that’s easily disproven by basic physics and ballistic science. On top of the many videos of people debunking it.

      I served in the Marine Corps infantry. Our company had a team of scout snipers attached to us. They shot a Taliban spotter with a 50 caliber rifle and they lived.
