  • This is your complete at-home obliques trainer to tighten and strengthen the abs and obliques! This core workout is perfect for any level because there are modifications for each level and no equipment is needed! This is a no-repeat structure and work is set for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds!
    10-MINUTE OBLIQUE WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES

    Oh obliques…..I know we are not on the best terms but Kaleigh is doing her darnedest to whip you into shape and the least you can do is cooperate and help me through 45secs of side planks.! Thanks K for helping me slowly turn those stubborn side muscles into at least a frenemy.
