At the end, I found myself thinking about how our society glorifies control. Control is all about having your hands on something, hence being “hands on” is a quality. Felt nice to decompress and let go, letting my hands rest! Thanks!
Kassandra, I found you 3 months ago after not praying yoga for 10 plus years. It’s a practice that I found at age 14 and lost. The last 3 months practicing with you have reawakened my long lost love for yoga and you have been the absolute perfect teacher to reunite me with yoga!! It was like riding a bike and now I’m almost back to where I was at my peak!! Thank you for everything you do ❤❤
If your wrists hurt, try using something like stand-off holds for doing pushups, and use them doing yoga, it has made a world of difference on my wrists for positions like downward dog.
Loved this. I love the idea of a month of hands-free - maybe interspersed with knee free, which sometimes goes with the hands-free. But the length was perfect. I am so grateful for you and your guidance!
Your hands free classes was amazing for me when I broke my wrist in the end of November. Still has some restrictions in my movement so doing a handsfree class is really good
Please do more hands free morning yoga! I love doing morning yoga everyday but sometimes it's tough on my wrists and I have to skip it. Please Please please do more!
As someone with carpal tunnel, in both wrists, THANK YOU!!! ❤❤ I struggle with yoga, I love it but cannot do most poses, some of the transitions are near impossible This video has been saved & I will start morning yoga, YAY!! (In addition to your awesome, 15 minute, bedtime yoga video)
Love this! Been following you for a few years, and you inspired me to start to share my own journey here on youtube :) Thank you so much for all your guidance ❤❤
I came here today to search for a hands free yoga. I tweaked my arm but still wanted to practice. Feel so lucky that the day I needed it was the day you had uploaded a new class. Such a gift. Thank you.
Thank you for this, I have wrist problems and still need all the stretching I can get. Being able to strerch without putting strain on my wrists is a life saver
There are so many yoga instructors on UA-cam these days, but you have been and remain my favorite by far. Thank you for being you! Keep up the fantastic work 💖
Day 1 of getting back to work after my staycation. It was what I needed. I do need to be better about doing yoga. It really is beneficial. My word is acceptance. For me it's one step forward two steps back but always moving forward. Thank you!!
I did this lovely morning flow and stretch outside in the Arizona morning sun. It's 68 and there is a gentle wind blowing that is slightly cool. Such a great way to start my day. My word is "VIBRANT"
Thank you so much for this. So tired of all the wrist-intensive yoga routines out there. Felt like garbage before and after this routine I felt much better. Thank you!
Great session for my shoulders, thank you. I added tree ans warrior 3 to add a few minutes and anchor me in this beautiful day that is starting here in France.
This was challenging for me with balance. I had brain surgery 7 years ago, and it has affected my balance. But I was surprised my balance wasn't as good on some poses that I'm usually good with balance but all is good. Part of the process and the class was an excellent challenge. My word for the day is "Is". Kind of an extension on "This", which is a word I've often used before. "Is" means to me, whatever "is", "is". And I want to accept, welcome and embrace whatever "is". Because "is" is part of Life, so a gift.
I did this video just after my workout and my shoulders were really tense. So this session was perfect in timing and I'm feeling so great. Thank you, Kassandra. ☺️😍
Thank you so much for doing this! I broke my arm two months ago and am just getting back to yoga. This is perfect to do while I am still regaining usage in my hand/wrist.
This was so good! I would like more/longer practices without hands. I find that many yoga lessons leave me with too much weight on my hands and wrists for too long.
This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve had some trouble with one hand/wrist lately and my normal go-tos hasn’t been working out - this is pure magic! Today, I want to feel successful! 😎 Thanks for the practice! ❤
Thank you Kassandra. Sometimes I dread downward facing dog because of the weight on my wrist (tho it frees my ankles). I really liked this one. More of this please!
15 minutes on my birthday 🎉❤ My body is really enjoying tgese hands free practices. 2 years in to healing a frozen shoulder which is related to my wrist, they're a beautiful way to keep practising and protect the mote vulnerable parts of me. Would love to have some stretches for the arms included.
Thank you , Kassandra 🙏 My mom always wants to do yoga with me, but she has arthritis in her wrists and finds it very difficult, if not impossible, to to most flows. I just sent this to her, and I’m excited to see her reaction 🫶
Omg the way u did warrior 2 was amazing... I been practicing yoga about a year now and never did I feel that way in that pose !!! Always learning !!! Thank you so much!!!🎉❤
Love how you hit all the spots in this short full body practice. Grateful to find your wrist free yoga videos. I’m recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and it is uncomfortable to put full weight into my hand. This class makes me feel like I’m not missing out due to this limitation. Love how you guided the adjustments in warrior 2. Simple and effective reminder to keep the chest and shoulders open. Also, your background scenery is gorgeous and it’s monochromatic nature really helps to put focus on you in the foreground. Those blue leggings pop. Very nice experience overall. 🙏🏻😊🙏🏻
Thanks Kassandra. I really enjoyed this. The tips, to bring the shoulder blades closer together before moving the arms into full warrior pose, were really helpful. xx
I second that request Christina made. I have really bad arthritis in the palms of both hands. I am unfortunate at 69 years old and can't do downward facing dog anymore . I started doing Yoga with you since the pandemic and through the years I found some poses I just can't do.😢
Thank you Kassandra, for this video, even though it's only fifteen minutes I really enjoyed it, it's a simple yoga challenge but it makes my body feel good and better, you are still my choice in online yoga, and don't look at the others, always healthy for you and family....we remain faithfully waiting for the newest yoga challenge...you are the best...🎉❤😊
I haven't done yoga with you for a while Kassandra and that was so lovely! Although my cat was a little too interested, thinking it was a game and attacking my hands!
my wrists are fine but i was always looking for a more back-hips-shoulders streching practice and this is it!!!! the IT yoga i loveeddd it thank you so much Kassandra💖💖💖
I loved this practice. I tend to rely a lot on my hands to power through my body but this practice forces me to rethink how I use my lower body. Thanks Kassandra! Would love more such practices
YAY - loved it ! Perfect break for my less-than-perfect wrists ! A nice complement to a 30-min session to give me the 45 mins I'm looking for. THANKS ! p.s love your backdrop
Thank you for your excellent teaching style. You are the only online teacher I have stuck with, and send some "thanks" money to on a regular basis. You help us try to do better without stress and explain poses well.
Thank you for this perfectly tailored hands-free practice! Would you consider a group of practices for those recovering from surgeries like knee replacements? So grateful!
Thank you for the opportunity to begin my day with your wonderful practice & your gentle personality. I'm feeling better, full of more positive & calm energy!! Have a great week-end everyone.
Feeling awake and energized; thank you for creating and sharing this morning practice. These morning practices are such an impactful way to meet the day.
I really loved this sequence! Perfect for the morning before work! I felt like I got a great stretch through my hamstrings, calves, & side body. I agree, I would do a 30 minute hands-free sequence after work. 😊❤
❤ loved this flow! I always love your instruction, I can be facing away from you and still know what to do because you’re so good at letting us know how to do something. You’re my go to and I recommend you to everyone!
At the end, I found myself thinking about how our society glorifies control. Control is all about having your hands on something, hence being “hands on” is a quality. Felt nice to decompress and let go, letting my hands rest! Thanks!
An interesting outlook...yes, it was freeing to let go...
Such a beautiful way to think about it
I would love a 30 day challenge of just hands/wrist free yoga!!
So wouldn I ! My hands take such a battering during my day job and from teaching yoga!
Great loved it!
@christen4018 😊yes great idea
This would be amazing. I am a Massage Therapist and could really use a month of hands/wrist free yoga. ❤

I love the idea of a 30 day challenge of hands free/wrist free yoga!
It felt a little strange not having a down dog in the practice, but my wrists do appreciate the break. Thank you for a wrist free routine.
If your wrists hurt, try using something like stand-off holds for doing pushups, and use them doing yoga, it has made a world of difference on my wrists for positions like downward dog.

Étant blessée à l’épaule ce genre de vidéo est très utile. Si vous pouviez en poster d’autres, merci d’avance
Thank you, Kassandra! I struggle with a lot of yoga exercises because they're very hard on my wrists. Your gentle routines are lovely.

Thank you, Kassandra, for this practice today. I haven't been on my mat in a few weeks, and this was perfect for helping me get back on track.
Hands free is my go-to practice and it was so nice to see a new one from my favorite yogi!
12.4.2024: Nice sunshine and light! I should do the balancing in pyramid more often. Nice tip about the shoulder engagement in warrior 2.
New sessions! Yay! 10 minute morning yoga is a lifeline.😊
