hey. I love this video. Its really coming through for me now cuz ive gotten bruises and wounds on my palms right now and it really makes me happy to keep doing yoga despite that. I hope u make more of those in the future. :)
Don’t stay as long 😊 don’t obsess over how long someone else may stay in a pose versus you, or how long the teacher guides you to. Always listen to the body. In time as the body opens up you’ll find it more comfortable. You’ll feel stronger, more flexible and stay in poses with more ease. But the only way to reach that point is to listen to your body and go at your own pace. Slow and steady will always win the race! 🤗🙌❤️💘
i appreciate the no wrist practice except i get lightheaded every single time we go up and down like the fold half fold up down and around lol i wish i could find a practice that i could do for all my health issues, not one that helps one but hurts another

But sometimes I find it difficult to sit in a pose for so long. Any tips?

I can make one that doesn’t involve fluctuating movements like this that is also wrist free ❤️
