I'm so thankful for this wrist-free yoga flow. My wrists have been aching for a while now and, besides it impacting daily activity, I'm saddened my yoga practice has also been neglected. I've enjoyed this class with you and would certainly be happy to see more wrist-free yoga!
I've developed a bad case of the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and can't do downward facing dog, etc. until it's resolved, so I'm extra grateful for this lovely sequence.
@@myself171 I've been using a brace (at night) and doing some exercises, but my right hand is still a problem. I hope I won't have to have surgery for it.
I really enjoyed doing this yoga. My wrists and hands often hurt when I do some of the yoga moves but they don't have to when I do this one. And I like the fact that there is no music to drown out your calm and clear instructions . I hope there will be more of this kind of yoga .
I have a condition called Tenosynovitis and this happened when I was doing downward dog. I am so happy for this Wrist Free Hatha Yoga class. It was amazing. You are an amazing teacher Jess. Thank you for this video

This was a beautiful flow. At the end of the flow and the little meditation and when i opened my eyes i felt like the room was bright than it was when i closed my eyes. I am so grateful for this lesson. ☀️👀

This was the best hands free I've done - perfect timing of flow.. not too slow and not too fast where I'm breaking alignment to catch up. Perfect blend of relaxing yet energizing. Thank you so much for this ... This is going to be a frequent practice in my collection. ☺️🕉️

Lovely sequence. I chose it as I have a broken wrist, just out of the cast. However, because of this I can't clasp my hands together behind me at the moment, but it was easy to adapt. Thank you.

There are also some natural remedies that might help: tumeric, castor oil, specific exercises and even what you eat. These things have helped me.
