It's all about the vibration frequencies that makes music, music. Today's modern music tuning of 440 hz does not emit these specific frequencies. Please tune your instruments to A - 432 hz tuning. :)
That specific model is called a Hang (made by PanArt), but Carpe Diem is correct in that Halo (Pantheon Steel) also makes an amazing "handpan", similar to the Hang. The general instrument type is Not called a Hang.
