Cool advise. But you're listening to advise from someone who still continue to use gear. So please tell why do you continue taking gear when you state it's very bad? Maybe cause it works? Maybe cause if you use in moderation it's safe but still are able to get some side effects but nothing serious.

I've started to cut out on fuctose and anything with high amounts of sugar. which is pretty difficult as I do have a sweet tooth now and again. I'll stick to apple cyder vinager (empty stomach) first thing in morning and maybe beetroot juice before bed time and hopefully this will help flush out the nastys.. God willing
