I have used clen. It definitely works only if you have a strict diet and training protocol. Please don't expect that i will do magic on its own. It works best if you are below 12-13 bf%. As far as side effects are conerned it varies person to person. I never took more than 80mcg ( highest dose). The only side effect I've had was handshake, which was bearable.

From my experience - I used for 2 weeks only and lost a kilo in just a week. I wasn't using much. 20mcg for first 4 days and then 40mcg a day. Didn't take much as advised.
I am not going for any competition and got whole life to burn that extra fat, so, just doing it nice and slow.
The major difference I noticed was - recovery time. Clen reduces the recovery time between sets. You can hit more the day you take Clen. As a result, you build and burn more. I am definitely not on diet. Just having my regular diet. Going on diet for sculpting will lead to adding weight once you stop diet. That is a different discussion.

always thought that cold temperatures forced the body to burn more calories in order to keep the heat up , and hot temperatures forced the body to use its liquids in the form of sweat in order to keep it cool and avoid overheating .

I lasted 3 days on clen. Elevated heart rate, shaking hands and all over trembling, high anxiety, sweating at night time, but worst of all is the insomnia, I barely slept a few hours over the three days. Ended up exhausted an unable to sleep or train, therefore a messed up metabolism and no training I would end up at a higher BF%. Don't waste your time with this stuff.

The initial intention for me, I had an op in October which had me immobile for a month and limited mobility for 3 months, which see me gain half a stone, 7-8lbs. I am now gradually picking up the training so the weight will come back off in a month or so.
Your so wrong my friend you have no idea how the cycle works, you take 12 days sucks and start with 5 or 10 mg on the first day ur totally wrong ive personally have experienced it and the weight loss was mind boggling in my case I was super lean and ripped

Clen was awesome for me. Ran it for 2 weeks. I took potassium and taurine (3000mg) capsules with it and didn't get cramps. I went from 15% fb to 8% in two weeks. First time I could see my lower abs. It made my heart beat really irregularly.. That part was scary but oh well I guess.. Lol

ummm if clen makes you a "fat burning machine" then how could it not work for a fat person? Clen will definately work no matter how fat you are. It doesn't discriminate
+ladev91 it do work, just not that effective compared to those body who have a lot of muscle mass(esp. bodybuilders who just finished bulking). The more muscle we have, the more calories our body can burn in a given time.
To give you a short answer, it'll work more effectively if your atleast below 15% BF, but more advanced user recommends/state atleast 12%
ApeGorrilaz to give you a short response if it helps you lose weight at a low bodyfat, it will help you lose it at a high bodyfat percentage.

Improve your reading comprehension, I didn't say it doesn't work, its just better served if you already have low bf. It is easier to go from 15% to 12% bf then to go from 8% to 5%. It's just like anabolics, if you are 5'10" and 150 pounds they will help, but they are better served if you are natty until you reach closer to your genetic limits

+syed fakhar Clen isn't really worth the side effects maybe if you only use it at 20mgs a day for 2-3 weeks but again it isn't really worth it...Because first of all it doesn't work that good and the side effects are very scary...It can and it will enlarge your heart wich means you will die sooner it can unbalance your metabolism long term and also the cramps happen because of taurine and potassium depletion so if you supplement with these you won't get cramps BUT your heart will still get bigger/sooner and even maybe sudden death and you will probably gain back the fat that you lost...So summing it up it's stupid and pointless..
It doesnt make your heart bigger unless you been using it for a long time its really effective for fat loss but people should be careful fuck cramps hurt lol
make sure you get a legit source. Some are bunk and some just have the sides and no benefit. I have found even some of the most reviewed sites, it can be hit or miss. But to be honest, I felt good on it. Not like god complex but I felt more energy somehow. It did give me slight hand shakes and I would sweat like a whore in church with just walking on the treadmill lmao. The legit kind I got, I probably lost 9-11 lbs doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Waist went from 34 to 29. Not bad. The other versions I didnt lose shit on. I was kind of pissed off about it too. All the sides for nothing. Just make sure you are getting it from a good place

clen would help you to loose weight for sure but it won't be able to differentiate between your muscle carbs or fats while it will burn extra calories and you might end up loosing muscle rather then fat .
