- Scrolling through Donesi ( food delivery app) trying to decide what to grab for breakfast and I remembered seeing komplet lepinja on a Facebook ad. Zlatiborka Komplet Lepinja is a newer restaurant in Novi Sad so I decided on it. I ordered the komplet lepinja for 200rsd along with a jogurt.

Charles eating komplet lepinja like a real Srbin. A lot of people makes a mistake and eats lepinja like a sandwich but you use a correct technique by ripping it. Good job! Also the best way to eat it is to take top part, rip it and dip it in the bottom :D

Probao sam, odlicna, prava. Zivim u Novom Sadu 15 godina, a rodjen sam u Uzicu, odrastao na komplet lepinji. Pozdrav za brata Carlsa, prijatno. Be good my brother, stay safe. Drink some yogurt with that, its hard to eat komplet lepinja without yogurt.

Dear Charles ...I love everything that You make and present in your video ...! Specifically about a food ,since You are one helluva gourmand..but ,I never, so far saw You eat some cook food ( I mean ,some liquidy meals...like soups ,stews,etc...something what we Serbs call " eating with a kashika (spoon )

That fat is from lamb. Lepinja with pork fat would force you to throw up. Ingredients: fresh dough for Lepinja, kajmak, one egg, salt and lamb fat. And than, you can add slices of dried or smoked meat. Yogurt is always the must ;) With this simple meal, you don't need more calories in next 3 days :P

Lepinja bread reminds me of Ciabatta bread. Soft airy dough that soaks up that hot roasted pork fat so perfectly.

Complete lepinja from Užice iz ticker and filed with kaimak and egg and bake in the owen for a few minutes. I ate that on Zlatibor and Užice

Comrade, you double overpayed yogurt. Yogurt is 20 cents is the most of grocery stores and supermarket in my village, max 23 cents. You payed it 40 cents.
It's a delivery service. They have to make a profit to operate. I'd rather pay 40 rsd for jogurt than walk down to the shop and pay 20rsd. Maybe that's the lazy American in me.
