      StoicBeing absolutely, it has helped me immensely. Try practicing meditation for a few minutes a day and just focus on your breath with your eyes closed. The mind will wander, when it does gently coax your attention to your breath and posture. Keep practicing it and it will start to change how your brain works on a normal basis.
