    i just got why he's a koala. They sleep for 20 hours per day.

    Great tips! But it all requires intentional practice. You have to really believe that it will help to fall asleep. Especially if you are the person who have been worried about things at night for many years. It will take time to change the pattern.

      For many people the problem isn't the inability to get to sleep. The problem is waking up through the night and being unable to get back to sleep and also feeling anxious in the morning just before getting out of bed to start the day.

    I love the content, and I love the animation. There's one thing I'd like to suggest to improve your videos in my humble opinion. Have constant audio in the background. When the narrator pauses, have some background music going on or sound effects like the koala cooking. It would really add to an already really high production value video :) Cheers!

    'Replaying the worst parts' is not something we always have under control, these are part of the 'negative thoughts'.
