      Activities in Zone 3 relies on ATP(Adenosine Triphosphate) and CP (Creatine Phosphate) for energy. Together they are called as Phosphagen stores or phosphagen system.
      .
      That's the reason sometimes even if you hold your breath, you can still crank out a couple of bicep curls using the stored ATP in the muscles.

    Sir in this chapter the 3 system activate time and replenishment time and last up to times is important for exams
    And also creb cycle 38 total atp is it Imp

      Zone 2 intervals - Interval training(HIIT) where you take your client upto zone 2 intensity (above vt1 hr but below vt2 hr).....and so on.

      Lactate threshold is also called as Anaerobic threshold. It's what you experience at VT 2. Lactic acid build up reaching it's peak in your bloodstream.

      @@rebelwithadream3303 bro in ace pt manual I studied that at vt1 the lactic acid starts to build up and at vt2 obla happens and is says since lactate acid starts building up at vt1....the point from vt1 is lactate threshold...

Now I could be wrong, But even in ACE official website, it says that VT2 is also called as Anaerobic Threshold OR Lactate Threshold.       Below Vt1 mostly fat. Above Vt1 mostly carbs, VT2 - mostly Atp , creatine....

But at some point you need to get them to train above vt1 and introduce either hiit or low to medium intensity interval training because fat loss is not just about working out in fat burning zone. It's also about burning more calories overall which happens above Vt1

    Sir that means zone one is good for fat loss
    But we see lot of people says that fast high intensity exercise or very small rest period in a training will burn ur stored fat
    So i am confused plz clear it

      Zone 1 is called "Fat Burning Zone" because the primary source of fuel is Fat. This doesn't mean it's good for fat loss. For fat loss total calorie expenditure matters. That usually happens when you engage in high intensity exercises.
      .
      Let's assume I burn 100 calories in zone 1 training and let's say 100% of this is coming from fat. So I end up burning 100 calories of fat right ? Great.
      .
      Now let's say I burn 600 calories by doing high intensity exercise. Out of this 600 even if 40% comes from fat, I will still end up burning 240 calories of fat. Think about it. 🙂
