Dr Li always had an interest in food and diet lifestyles since he was young, and he studied the links between food, culture and the health of communities around the world for years.     I loved Dr. Li’s presentation but I was distracted by the host who seemed to be doing other things on her computer during the interview. Being present and active listening are important even on a podcast because people watch the video.

    Perhaps gluten intolerance may just be glyphosate intolerance? I switched to organic only (difficult to do with all grains) and have very little problems now. I don't eat much bread now, but when I do its the good stuff

    May i ask if its safe for a stage 4 breast cancer patient to take soy protein isolate? Can a breast patient take soy milk? How much per day?
