Well done for actually explaining exactly what the dimensions given refer to, most of the videos that I've seen that claim to be explanations don't actually do this! (A career in creating technical documentation awaits you).
My Stock BBS02 outputs 1150 Watt with 52 Volt (14s). You can also build in BBSHD controller to BBS02 and then tune up to 1600 watt. However, the BBSHD has more copper mass and some better internal details.
Why doesn't anybody talk about how bad the chain alignment is (BBSHD) with any of the newer bikes? even with the lekkie front sprocket . If you have a newer bike with a 12 x1, You're most likely gonna have something thicker than a 68mm, more like a 73mm bottom bracket, good luck getting into first and second gear without major alignment issues
high there! can you please advise the proper conversion kit to fit a bafang 48/1000 motor into a 121 mm raceface press fit bracket wit 41mm diameter? Thank you in advance!
I wonder if you guys can recommend a shim for my kit, everytime I throttle my bafang motor it slams against the vertical bike tube, I tried a piece of metal but that completely wore out
Would the BBS02B fit in a Norco Fluid HT 1 bottom bracket? I think it’s a 750W motor by where I live their legally limited down to 250W. Also, is it easy to clock them up to 750W/full power if necessary or even switch between 2 power output modes such as when going off public roads(where laws don’t apply) and then back on public roads? Thanks
My BBS 02 runs from a ASI BAC855 sinewave controller I also run 60v (16s) with F.O.C runs dream @ upto 2600w and the motor is almost silent compared to the square wave stock controller it's a different animal and for all that say you'll burn it out or blow it up, it ain't happened 1200 smooth faultless miles of operation..
Wow! Somebody that actually explained how to install the bottom bracket for the Bafang bottom bracket - thanks much.

What do you recommend for a 92 mm bottom bracket?

Any videos of how to shave the threads?
