Bought a similar tractor, was told at purchase the seller would do first oil change. Called them up, they said no, not only no, but in no way would they ever entertain that.
Thank you, Husqvarna dealer, for sending me to any other seller. I am now changing my own oil , just to maintain a warranty that I now know the dealer will not honor either.

A good straight forward video, with no unnecessary B.S. and he was easy to understand . Give the video a 10!!!

Excellent video! Very instructive! Using the carboard to catch oil so it does not run all across the frame is great! I used aluminum foil for the first time yesterday and that worked very well. I find the foil is easier to custom bend around the engine!

Great video. I liked how you explained in detail step by step for this especially the warming up part. A lot of people do not know this. These days there is no one to teach them as they HAVE to rely on people such as yourself on these UA-cam videos. Along with leaning the mower to one side then the other. Now if they would actually do it. Lol

I think all I have is what I showed at 3:30 on the video. Maybe a wide flat tip screw driver would work also. Hope you get it figured out. Thanks for watching

I have a different model number but it looks pretty much the same as mine. Definitely didn’t get a drain tube so I’ll wing it. Thanks! Great straightforward and easy to follow video.

Just fold a small piece of cardboard and slide it under the drain spot if you do not have a tube. Hope this helps, thanks for watching

Tip: Ideally, park the mower leaning toward the drain plug side to evacuate most of the oil. Elevate opposite side with bricks, 2x4's, or whatever is at hand.

Any recommendations for a drip pan to fit under these bad boys? I had that was too large and ended up running into a messy situation.

Sorry not sure I would just measure the space and check around. Sorry can not help more. If I find some time I will try to find something.

Just stick the hose directly to PET bottle and you will get rid of cleaning the drip pan and save some time too.

I am in the market for a sub $2k lawnmower for just under an acre and can't think of a better overall one than this. Can you give a recommendation? I was going to get an S100 from Home Depot, but was reading about a litany of belt issues, I like how this one appears to have a single mower belt.
I think this uses a K46 hydrostatic transmission as well?
I appreciate you and your channel!

I've cut 20 plus acres 8 -10 times a cutting season with a Craftsman V twin 54 inch cut. Been using Craftsman for 36 years . If you take care of them, they'll take care of your grass. 😊

If you get an oil filter cap that fits on the end of ratchet, it is much easier to remove the old oil filter than using a strap wrench. The cap fits snugly on the end of the filter.
