    THANK YOU AMY! I've always HATED throwing out food that went bad before I could eat it, it would upset me so much. I love love love that you're spreading such easy and tangible tips to help anyone reduce their waste (and lower grocery bills at the same time... OBSESSED). Such a great message!

    I have cilantro in my fridge dang back to early December. 2 months old and still fresh as day 1!

      Cilantro and Parsley is so easy to keep for 6 weeks to 2 months.
