I have two daughters and two granddaughters. I love all types of music. I grew up in the 60’s and the 70’s, listening to mainly southern rock and country music. Ohh the little Beaver!! As someone who studied at Oregon State University, the Beavers will always be special to me! I still have my Beavers pyjamas, coffee mug, beach towel.. 😂 that’s very clever and a great little retirement hobby nice work ! ❤ 🐨
My father in law was very clever when it came to wood work. He spent some time with my son after school teaching him. It’s such a special memory that my son still has, as his Grandfather is no longer with us. 🕊️ He used to to make statutes of men out of fallen branches. We still have one in our garden. 💕

I'm enjoying the man cave setting 👌. Just wow, your tiny carvings. It's amazing enough when people carve things out of large bits of wood, but to do it with tiny bits, is next level artistry in my opinion . 👌👏👏

My son was into leather work. I have a hand stitched wallet that I cherish. He also made handbags for his female relatives. Unreal skill he picked up in South America.

@wayback479 a while back i thought i lost it... nearly died, couldn't care less about the cash or cards, just wanted the wallet back. It turned up after a week .
I don't use it any more, to keep it safe.
Hey Mike . I tuned in for Tim and you added a fascinating wood carving episode. The carvings are awesome . Firstly Tim is a genius, we all know that , the producers of the show told him you’ve only got a 3 minute spot . So he wrote a 3 minute song 😂 especially for it . Your wood carvings are very special mate and was very interesting . You are very talented to do this . Thanks for sharing . What other special talent are you hiding from us 😊 👍
I love Tim, and your reaction, but you got me in with your art. Your carvings are gorgeous, all of them, but I do love bears so they were my favourite. The rings also are awesome, I hope we get to see some of your leather work sometime too. I love that you do different things too, I'm like that, always finding a new thing to try, I love to make new things out of old things. ✌❤

I like this one, it's very clever. It reminds me a bit of Alan Jackson's "three minute, positive, not-too-country up-tempo love song".

Tim has sung this song a few times, and each time he's rewritten a lot of the references to suit the occasion. It's been on Ruth Jones Easter Treat (BBC Wales), RTÉ Late Late Show (Ireland), The Royal Variety Show, and Conan.

Mike the mike was a bit flat on this one,Ithink I heard John Denver in Tims song also, yeh will tune in for your wood carving specials when you get it up and running
G’day, Mike, as Tim himself says here, some of his material can be controversial to some people. “Thankyou God” as a good example, overly pious Christians might not like it no matter how honest and genius it is. I recommend this song.
“The Pope Song”, on the other hand, well, anyone who is offended by this song doesn’t matter. Their opinions don’t count. End of story. It does have expletive language, but as long as you get past the first verse you’ll end up agreeing with every word.
I’m sure you’re probably working toward doing those already, but I thought I’d put my 2c in.
