Kenmore Elite 795.72053.118 French Door Bottom Freezer: ice not dispensing due to flap not opening

Kenmore Elite refrigerator (2014 model) ice won't dispense even though you hear the motors turning? This video shows you how to access the motor that is supposed to open and close the flapper inside the chute.
Always disconnect power to any electronic device before servicing it, however I needed to see the motor turn, so I did not. Also take the opportunity to use a food safe cleaner on the chute and flapper.
