    Such a great group of videos, the timer is a huge help when following along. Would love longer mobility routines to follow along with for daily mobility work!

    Ive had bad ankles, patellar tendon issues, tight hips and bad shoulders for almost three years now. Just did your three mobility routines and they felt great! Will be checking out your Athletic Foundation Program soon!

    Do you have any videos for total strengthening your ankle muscles I’ve been dealing with achilles tendon pain and I just want to make sure when I’ve healed from injury I can make sure I have strong foot muscles for running
