      @barefootsprinter “5 minutes won’t change your body”. Trust me mine felt very different after 5 minutes creaking and cracking!

    What about calf and shin stretches? The last time I ran, my left shin and right calf got really tight. I couldn't raise my left foot at all.

    Do you have any exercises to eliminate shin splints ??? Mine hurt really bad and I would like to fix it?

    how long do you sit in the half kneeling tib sit ? because i know you said you live in that position and i see Kadour doing all kinds of ankle seated movements.
