I’ve gone all the way through to the downloading the app. & now when I’m on the app the Status is always on Starting.. but the window never comes up for me to allow access. It’s went for 20mins & then we forced stopped the app & reopened the app & its now stuck on Starting again.. 🤔 I’ve got the FireStick 4K & I’ve downloaded the correct app.

I have heard that 1.11 works on 1st Gen but I cannot confirm sorry as I do not have a 1st Gen that I can try it out on myself. I am sorry I cannot help. You could try installing the different versions until you find the correct version that works? I have a 3rd generation Firestick. I installed mouse toggle. I followed your instructions starting at minute 8 to scroll through a pulldown menu to the parts I can't see on the screen. I put the cursor inside the pulldown menu and double clicked play on my remote to activate mouse toggle. I then pressed the fast forward button (the cursor was still in the pulldown menu) , but the cursor scrolled to the bottom of the website page and not to the bottom of the pulldown menu. Can I fix this? Thanks!

Hi, which device are you using please? As mentioned in the video: If the status has changed to started, or you have waited 1 minute or more and the status is still not showing anything, or, it says still says starting, you can go ahead and test if it has worked for you. Double press the play/pause button on your remote to turn the Mouse Toggle on. If it’s all up and running for you, you will see this circle appear in the centre of the screen and this is your mouse pointer. You may need to try double pressing a few times as if you have double pressed too slowly or too fast then the Mouse Toggle will not appear. So, before you assume it is not working, try double pressing a few times and try playing about with double pressing at different speeds. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching 😊👍❤️

I have a old Phillips flat screen so I dont know if that counts as android but that version didnt work so i downloaded 1.11 version and went through all the steps fine until turning it on. I press the buttons right but since I use the fire tv app for a remote I think that's why it doesn't work

Turn Mouse ON Quickly press the play/pause button on your remote twice in order to activate the mouse pointer Navigate (up,down,left,right) Press the navigation circle to move the mouse pointer around the screen Right mouse click Press the Select button on your remote Scroll down Press the Fast Forward button on your remote Scroll up Press the Rewind button on your remote Turn Mouse OFF Press the play/pause button on your remote once in order to deactivate the mouse pointer. However, the pointer will automatically deactivate if left idle for 15 or more seconds.

You may have to "click" inside the pull down menu, then try the scroll option.

Hi. As mentioned in my review video of the new Fire TV Stick 4K Max 2nd-gen (ua-cam.com/video/Rb1vM0-ZvOo/v-deo.html), mouse toggle does not work with it.
Instead, you will need to use this as a workaround: ua-cam.com/video/Jj1sMPRk1-Q/v-deo.html.
