So much fun with the grandkids!! Great workout, too!!! I have no grandkids, but I do have great niece and nephews about their ages. I'm 62, and my kid is my cat, Bing, who is 12 years old. He is lying next to me, and my exercise of choice is scratching his belly! 😂 He loves it and wants me to do it all day!!! 😻

I'm wonder does just eating meat 🍖 🤔 make you feel feel better without all the other foods you don't eat anymore I really like to try this I need to cut out 🍞🍟🍕🍥🍫🍬🍭these to try to lose weight my big problem is i like breads 🍞
