  • Choose your poison! Each round takes about 8 minutes to complete! The circuit alternates four KB moves with four different kinds of planks. 10 reps per KB move and 30 secs per plank. Do one round or all three for a longer more challenging workout! ALSO includes a short dynamic warm up! Enjoy!

    Marsha, I dont remember how many times I have done this workout, but just finished the same now, all 30mis. I just love the format, wish you could post more like these than the TRX workouts, since I bet not many have access to the TRX.

    I really liked the combination of exercises. But I have a medicine ball. Please suggest how do I modify the exercises if I replace the Kettlebell with my medicine ball? I used the med ball while doing planks alternately. For deadlifts, using the med ball, I had to use both my arms in place of single arm. Similarly, I replaced the KB swings with the ball swing using my both arms. Please let me know if I am doing correctly.

    Hello! I love your workouts and do them every week. While everyone is different, is there a way to approximate calorie burn for each of your workouts? I use MyFitnessPal. Would I calculate it under HIIT or circuit training, or something else? Thanks!

      Hmmm - probably circuit training unless it's specifically a HIIT workout. Hope that helps!

    I really liked this circuit ... I did it and it was ufff! The only thing I did not agree with was the music, I think it's too strident and warn you when you change the exercise, I know you put it on the screen but to do the floor exercises I do not see when I have to change because maybe I'm not going to Rhythm hahaha ... a hug and success!

      Maybe I'll start posting two versions per week - one with music and one without. I agree with you - I don't love the music but we're pretty limited as creators as to what we can use copyright and license free. Thanks for the constructive feedback!

    Really liked the very different and appropriate warm-up. As I'm suffering from coxarthrosis on both hips - and having the right femoral bone slightly skewed into the hip socket - I've had to modify a bit. In the "Single dead lift with one arm row", I did the one arm rows in proper form with 8kg. followed by a heavier 12kg. two-handed kettlebell dead-lift. No balancing on a single leg for me with that much weight! The walking arm plank being nearly cardio for me, I chose to switch to the triangle hands plank and doing 45sec. What do you think of these?

      Jennifer Adams I would stick with the original from TRX. It’s about $200 - unless you can find one second hand. Or a sale.

    What weight should I use?

      I don't know anything about you so really can't say. Use something lighter if you're a beginner. Try out the moves and see what works for you. Hope that helps.

      Ok! I'm brazilian andi'm 39 years old. I always did gym , but now i feel tired .I'm doing your trx circuits for two months and I'm loving it.
