That would work too! But the medicine balls in my gym are lighter than the kettlebells. They go up to 10 kg. Before, I used your medicine ball videos but - thanks to your workouts - I grew stronger and now I am addicted to kettlebells!
Love me some KB routines! I need a new one! (I'm pushing 20kg for most techniques, my daughters got a 2kg vinyl and partners on a 6kg) Kettle Bell techniques really can work the whole body.. I like to do "rhythmic workouts" to my favourite music playlists (moving to the beat/movements mimic lyrical content) Anyway, as always great stuff from @shortcircuits_fitness #shortcircuits_fitness! Love this workout! I would love to combine with a TRX as well as try cycle circuit (separate workout from the TRX) with this one! Your workouts are so creative and effective!!

Lol - I'm always trying to get it right. I use a Canon GX1 and the Canon T5I. Nothing special. I have a couple of soft box lights I bought off of Amazon. Pretty cheap. I wish I had more room and was able to mount ceiling lights etc. It's a trial and error game for sure! :)
