- Two rounds of eight moves combining different styles of KB swings with standing core and leg strength exercises. A third round of six moves devoted to core work. 30/15 interval throughout. You might wanna choose different sized Kettlebells (I use 10/15/20 lbs) depending on the exercise. Enjoy!

Helemaal top ...fijne workout
OMG! Need to work up to those deeper lunges and the side planks killed me. Looking forward to being able to strengthen my core so I can do those planks.

I wish you used correct form..It's not about just swigging the bell, it comes from the hips that thrust the bell forward.
I appreciate the feedback. FYI I am using my hips. I don't use my arms. It is a thrust. I'm sorry you can't see that.
Are you KB certified ?
I understand it’s hard to present some of the information on body form. You are giving your interpretation. kB can injure your body if not done properly. I just don’t want to learn what is the best way. I’m glad you have these exercises. for us.
I'm worried about bulk. I use 20lb for a kettle bell workout I so once a week but I use other weights in my metabolic workouts and found my thighs look more thicker. I wanted to look sculpted. May I ask for your advice? Would this workout help me? Thx!
It helped me - but everyone's different. In my experience more muscle and less fat equals smaller and leaner. Hope that helps.
