Strawberry Salad Ingredients:
1 cup diced cucumber, about 1 medium cucumber
1 cup diced tomato, about 2 medium tomatoes
1 cup diced strawberries, about 12 large strawberries
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Balsamic Vinaigrette:
½ cup olive oil
2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic
3 medium strawberries, sliced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Bruschetta bread:
1 baguette, slice into small pieces
Servings: 9
