Between hubby showing up to snoop and her eating the cheese out of her hair...I'm in love with this channel. It's precious, silly, and informative. Ten out of ten would recommend.
You should start by mixing the chopped garlic and basil with olive oil (you can also add a few anchovies in oil to give more flavor) and then cut the tomato into small cubes, removing the internal part with the seeds, this way you give it time with garlic and oil take the aroma. Remove the balsamic vinegar, I've never heard of such a thing, and the cheese too. Rub the slices of toasted bread with a little anchovies and then you can spread the mixture by adding oregano, salt, pepper and homemade olive oil. Enjoy your masterpiece! Many greetings from Sicily!😊
Just made this for a family gathering I had yesterday and many people complemented me saying how much they liked I and how all the flavors flowed together wonderfully. I did tweak the recipe a bit though and only used 3 cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil while also using 2 turns from a pepper grinder with peppercorn instead of regular pepper. However the Bruschetta still had a wonderful aroma and tasted amazing. Thank you Ms. Natasha for this magnificent easy and simple recipe. Will be making it again soon.
I made this BRUSCHETTA recipe for my mom...she loved it! You may not have an idea ,but your channel is helping millions of people make precious memories. thank you for taking the time to make them. Thank your partner for lending you to us. Bless you and yours this new year.

I just made this today and OMG-osh!!! It was sooooooo good!! Thank you so much for this. Wow. Can't believe how easy it was. And SO delicious!!!!! This is better than a lot of restaurants!!!!
I just made these today and they are super yummy!! Eating one as I type 🤤. I really enjoyed making and eating your bruschetta recipe!! Thanks so much again Natasha for your amazing recipes☺️ actually planning on doing your fettuccine Alfredo recipe next!
This is a good recipe for classic bruchetta with cheese. Two alterations I make that I'll share with you because of your name is to add fresh mint along with the basil and some chopped olives to make it like a tapenade hybrid.
I love it! Thanks for a great recipe! If you want to take a super easy and quick way, here's what I do in a pinch..... Lightly butter bagette slices then sprinkle with garlic powder. Finely mince an anchovy filet, or don't, and use sparingly. Use store bought, home-made, or taco-truck Pico de Gallo to top your slices. Add a few slices of kalamata olives...or not. If you have fresh basil, use it! Top with really good parmigiano reggiano! Or don't! Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, pop them under the broiler until hot and cheese melted. Enjoy a flavor bomb! The quality of ingredients will determine the quality of the end result. It's all up to you! The Pico de Gallo works every time but make sure it's pretty dry. Can you use bland shredded mozzarella? Sure but why? The sardines add a kick that no one will notice. Yes, use garlic-infused oil or butter but this is supposed to be super quick. The good olives (not canned) add another dimension of vinegar and saltiness. And really good cheese is key here. Prep to table in ten minutes or less!😃
I really like the "build your own" for family gatherings as I have enough to do with everything else going on. Fire roasted tomato is better than raw diced in my opinion, but both are going to be good. Thanks for the build your own tip, I will definitely use it!
Thank you so much for making this video. I made it exactly as you said and it was a huge hit except at the end I used the thick vinaigrette glaze and just put a little bit on each. It was amazing and making more tomorrow.
@@Natashaskitchen I found that exact slicer machine you use to dice the tomatoes with the container at Walmart for $12. It works perfect and the bruschetta is amazing.
Это очень аппетитно выглядит, я сразу приготовила!!! Обалдеть. Правда я не добавила бальзамический соус. Не люблю, но в остальном-супер!!!! Спасибо за рецепт. Просто и ооооочень вкусно)
I watched a lot of bruscietta making videos here on youtube and it is amazing how everyone fails to see the basic recipe. I learned it from a north italian woman. It's the life changing secret, I will tell exclusively to you now: Do a little oil on the baked bread and the rub the garlic on it. That's the essence of all bruscietta. The toppings are all optional. How could everyone fail to see this basic historical recipe ?
I made this today. The toast is so good. I added an extra sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on mine after toasting. 👌 I'm not sure what happened but my tomatoes had so much moisture in it even after draining them. It turned out really soggy. I used the regular big 🍅. Not roma tomatoes since I couldn't find one. I put the tomatoes on a strainer and let them sit for 15 mins. It seemed to have solved the issue. The balsamic glaze really saved my attempt. Haha. I just put some glaze at every bite and yum. With the delicious toast and the balsamic glaze, I forgot how soggy the tomato is. Hahahaha Next time I'm making this with smaller tomatoes.
hello , great share ......let me tell you , i love that crunch , when you bit into it......i will definitely make this asap , thank you , for sharing...😋 👏👏.........
It was driving me nuts to hear the pronunciation 😅 I also pronounce pistachio with that k sound now and being back stateside everyone tries to correct me like nope sorry
What is classic bruschetta? But the most well-known version is simply grilled slices of bread rubbed with raw garlic and topped with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, and salt.
Thank you for this tasty recipe. I have tried this it in an Italian restaurant in Germany, but it was with chopped onion not with garlic. But I find it amazing with garlic. I will try it soon.
I’m watching all these youtube channels and I love the ingredients that you have. I added my own with peppered salami and still sooo good!! This is my first time, making it myself and I’m trying to learn how to cook more and I love your channel!!

Thanks for sharing some tips!
I really like the "build your own" for family gatherings as I have enough to do with everything else going on. Fire roasted tomato is better than raw diced in my opinion, but both are going to be good. Thanks for the build your own tip, I will definitely use it!
This recipe looks so good! I cannot wait to try it!
Waooo good You try Pakistani recipe.
I'm craving for it
Thank you so much for making this video. I made it exactly as you said and it was a huge hit except at the end I used the thick vinaigrette glaze and just put a little bit on each. It was amazing and making more tomorrow.
You are so very welcome!
@@Natashaskitchen I found that exact slicer machine you use to dice the tomatoes with the container at Walmart for $12. It works perfect and the bruschetta is amazing.
Pleasant Memories, Fresh Basil, Fresh Tomatoes, GARLIC! Mince, Wonderful Natasha🍅🍞🍅🍞

Thanks for subbing!
Это очень аппетитно выглядит, я сразу приготовила!!! Обалдеть. Правда я не добавила бальзамический соус. Не люблю, но в остальном-супер!!!! Спасибо за рецепт. Просто и ооооочень вкусно)
It’s sort of a sweeter Vinegar. Add it in next time just to try it.
Please, can you spell it correctly?
It’s bruschetta, not bruscietta.
And the pronunciation is brusketta, not brushetta.
OMG! When you were saying "hello" to the knife at the end, you reminded me of Mr Bean! LOL! Maybe you could a do a "silly show" imitating him!
Lol that is a crazy idea 😁
Good dash, may God bless you
it`s pronounced >>brus:K:hetta>brus:sh:etta
Thank u for the correction. It was quite annoying hearing her say brushetta
Thanks for the right way to say it. It's one of my favorite italian appetizers
Yesss, you've pronounced right "broosketta", the first time, than you lost it🤣🤣🤣.
It's delicious 😘😘
Ha ha!! You're so right!
@@Natashaskitchen love and enjoy all your recipes, and you are just great! Ty❤️ of course bruschetta is part of my diet since I was a kid😝
I made this today. The toast is so good. I added an extra sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on mine after toasting. 👌
I'm not sure what happened but my tomatoes had so much moisture in it even after draining them.
Hahahaha
Next time I'm making this with smaller tomatoes.
hello , great share ......let me tell you , i love that crunch , when you bit into it......i will definitely make this asap , thank you , for sharing...😋 👏👏.........
Hope you enjoy
Yes go for it!
I like it but I like to having mine with mozzarella cheese
You said bruschetta with a k sound at first...good. Then, in your voice over, you said bruschetta with the ssh sound.
Should be pronounced “brusKeta” ch in Italian sounds like k
It was driving me nuts to hear the pronunciation 😅 I also pronounce pistachio with that k sound now and being back stateside everyone tries to correct me like nope sorry
Love this! My mother lived in Italy for years and she approves 100%
That's great! Thank you for sharing. :)
What is classic bruschetta?
But the most well-known version is simply grilled slices of bread rubbed with raw garlic and topped with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, and salt.
Thank you for this tasty recipe.
I have tried this it
in an Italian restaurant in Germany, but it was with chopped onion not with garlic.
But I find it amazing with garlic.
I will try it soon.
Sounds good, thanks for sharing that with us!
I’m watching all these youtube channels and I love the ingredients that you have. I added my own with peppered salami and still sooo good!! This is my first time, making it myself and I’m trying to learn how to cook more and I love your channel!!
Hi Tina! That’s great! Keep it up! So glad you love my channel!
