I don't know how I missed out on The Cult in the 80s...they are so good. Glad I'm catching up. Amazing.
One of the greatest showmen on stage hands down in the 80's. Ian's vocals, style, clothes, (Lady's) sex appeal and voice made you not look away. July 20th, 2024 still rocking this and several others The Cult!!!!! Est. 1983. And Billy Duffy I think never got the recognition he deserved as a guitarist, he was amazing in most all the songs he did.

Every band cant be the most underrated. They had a successful career with multiple hit songs and millions of records sold worldwide. Including multiple world tours. Video after video played on Mtv. So I'd say they were rated and recognized correctly as a good band with alot of great songs.

Saw the Cult last weekend in Vegas, and Ian looked great!
Ians voice is so unique, no other band like the Cult. I was obsessed with this band and when I hear these songs it brings back all my memories from those good old days ❤️

Actually in their time they got A LOT of recognition. They died off fast in the mid 90s unfortunately and by the early 2000s they were unheard off almost. But back in th day?? Bro they were gods. Always sold out everywhere.

Sonic Temple is easily in the Top 10 Best Hard Rock Albums Of All Time. A masterpiece.
