Hey Lilly if I stopped at 8 min can I do the rest later on and will I still get the results in 14 days if I continue to do this everyday. Doing half & half through out the day. Or do u recommend all at once.
Tip: if your neck hurts your probably using that more than your abs so put your hands on the back of your neck and basically push it up and your abs with follow suit. It teaches your muscles to use your abs to get up and your neck won’t hurt anymore. Hope that helps!

try flexing your stomach when you do these work outs, if you’re laying on your back pull your stomach in, take a breath in when you’re no longer contracting muscle, as soon as you start contracting core muscles breath out. for example: when doing a sit up breath in when you’re going back down and breath out when you’re going back up. this will allow you to have more core control and engage your abs without interfering with your breathing

I did this for 2 weeks as well as going for a run everyday the first week and i saw changes...my abs are more defined and her workouts are not like all the others..really creative and definately burned my abs. 10/10 would recommend especially in Quarantine

I’ve been doing this for three days now and I’ve ALREADY felt the difference in the way I’m doing these exercises. In the beginning I could barely do 10 seconds of sit ups without dying but now I can do the whole 45 seconds! And my abs burn and are sore but it feels good!!
I cardio and do this home workout video now for 1.5 months plus with eat low carb, I lose 2kg. and I can see my 11 on belly clearer than before. For those who are trying to lose weight, just don’t give up and keep doing it. Thank you Lilly for your awesome videos.

I did chole ting workout for 8 days and I never saw results but when I started lilly work out just in 7 days ( I'm doing the 14 days challenge) I saw amazing results!!that fact that I almost have a flat stomach makes me so happy!! girl! im not saying to do thos but if u want results faster, create a calorie deficit! cut about 500 calories less than what your age group needs to stay at that weight and you should lose abt 1-2 ibs a week. cardio is GREAT for weight loss (:. also, cut down on fast food, sugar, and sodium bc it can make u feel sluggish or bloated ^^

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

I’m starting this workout today March 29, let’s see how far I get in two weeks🙏. Update: So I just finished Day 1 and oh boy!! I felt the burn!!! It took me 20minutes to complete the workout cause I took breaks...however I had no ideas this was a superset workout but I still love it! Most challenging part was the leg raise pull down water bottle part Lool...but I got this! Thanks for this workout girl!🏋️♀️
i’ve been doing her workouts for about a month or two months (i do a 15min chloe ting, 8min lilly sabri, and this video) and i will say it’s unrealistic to expect the results in 2 weeks (unless you seriously diet maybe) but it’s definitely made changes to my body in that time i don’t diet, but i eat in moderation lost about 5lbs in 2-3weeks

Oh yes guy! Finally finished my 14 days challenge with this belly workout! Started from August 4 to August 17. Combined with diet. =>Before: 75 cm After: 74 cm Although the result is quite small, I'm still happy with it! My belly fat is kinda stubborn so I know 14 days is a short time to slim down the fat => I will try more intense exercise and hope that works more with my belly fat :)

Day 1: Neck didn’t hurt, torso, abs burning and I already can see little bit of change:) Day 2: Neck hurts at 11:11 😂 Feeling burn not that much anymore. :) Day 3: I woke up at 6am to do this, the burning is real, more than yesterday 😟 Neck is hurting. Day 4: it’s not really burning anymore, my neck really be getting those abs haha and also it doesn’t really seem that hard anymore. 💃🏼
my neck ached too but do this; support with your hand and push it upwards, this will move the pressure on your neck to your abs and you’ll get better results

I’ve been doing this workout for a week today and there is a huge difference. My stomach is harder and flatter like when you hit my stomach it doesn’t jiggle as much as it used to and it’s like super hard. My stomach is also flatter. I do this workout 2 a day and I do 3 - 20 squats and 3-15 with dumbbells that weight 5kg and this workout has TRANSFORMED me completely. I will do this another week and update if I have abs

@@joli3000 Why do you think you should have pain? For me is enough to feel my core while training so that I know it's working. I don't feel sore afterwards but my abs definition becomes better still.
to keep me motivated i am consuming less calories than i did before and eating more healthy :)) i am also doing 3 other workouts for the booty legs and another lower belly fat workout by emi wong! day 1 : it was okay, im used to working out a little bit, made it through the whole video without pausing only paused 2 times, next day i was sore from my stomach and neck ( no belly changes yet ) ( did lose 2 pounds but its cause im not eating as much ) but everyone is different you won’t lose pounds that one day from working out. day 2 : its was okay, it was a bit harder because i was sore but once i finished my workouts i felt so happy and good about my self. ( no changes yet )

Nearly completed Some were extremely hard on my neck💀 but I somehow pushed through The burning was so intense for me, I’m really excited I will do this five days a week for 31 days. (Amen)😭 Day :2 C r a m p s Not period cramps, but it was def cramps, even though I stretched for a good amount of time. Burning in my upper stomach area, bit of thighs and my neck was struggling too. I feel like it’s a bit easier now though? Something feels different, not complaining. Well, I have 46 math questions to do, hope this’ll help! Day 3: For some reason the area of burning is bigger? Like it’s not just the top of my stomach but it was full coverage! Am I am doing everything but complaining, honestly. This time I only needed one break at about 3/4 of the video 👍🏾👍🏾 Some are feeling easier, honestly. I did this for 2 weeks as well as going for a run everyday the first week and i saw changes...my abs are more defined and her workouts are not like all the others..really creative and definately burned my abs. 10/10 would recommend especially in Quarantine

I did chole ting workout for 8 days and I never saw results but when I started lilly work out just in 7 days ( I'm doing the 14 days challenge) I saw amazing results!!that fact that I almost have a flat stomach makes me so happy!!

girl! im not saying to do thos but if u want results faster, create a calorie deficit! cut about 500 calories less than what your age group needs to stay at that weight and you should lose abt 1-2 ibs a week. cardio is GREAT for weight loss (:. also, cut down on fast food, sugar, and sodium bc it can make u feel sluggish or bloated ^^

I’m starting this workout today March 29, let’s see how far I get in two weeks🙏. Update: So I just finished Day 1 and oh boy!! I felt the burn!!! It took me 20minutes to complete the workout cause I took breaks...however I had no ideas this was a superset workout but I still love it! Most challenging part was the leg raise pull down water bottle part Lool...but I got this! Thanks for this workout girl!🏋️♀️
i’ve been doing her workouts for about a month or two months (i do a 15min chloe ting, 8min lilly sabri, and this video) and i will say it’s unrealistic to expect the results in 2 weeks (unless you seriously diet maybe) but it’s definitely made changes to my body in that time

Oh yes guy! Finally finished my 14 days challenge with this belly workout! Started from August 4 to August 17. Combined with diet.
=>Before: 75 cm
After: 74 cm
Although the result is quite small, I'm still happy with it! My belly fat is kinda stubborn so I know 14 days is a short time to slim down the fat => I will try more intense exercise and hope that works more with my belly fat :)

my neck ached too but do this; support with your hand and push it upwards, this will move the pressure on your neck to your abs and you’ll get better results

I’ve been doing this workout for a week today and there is a huge difference. My stomach is harder and flatter like when you hit my stomach it doesn’t jiggle as much as it used to and it’s like super hard. My stomach is also flatter. I do this workout 2 a day and I do 3 - 20 squats and 3-15 with dumbbells that weight 5kg and this workout has TRANSFORMED me completely. I will do this another week and update if I have abs

day 1 : it was okay, im used to working out a little bit, made it through the whole video without pausing only paused 2 times, next day i was sore from my stomach and neck ( no belly changes yet ) ( did lose 2 pounds but its cause im not eating as much ) but everyone is different you won’t lose pounds that one day from working out.
