Day 13: I've lost about 1inch off my waist, which is really encouraging--I've only got about 2 more inches to go before I reach my goal! I'm going to finish this workout tomorrow and do one of your other ab workouts for two weeks, then maybe come back to this one. I'm honestly surprised I'm seeing results; I didn't think there was any hope for me. I'll never be perfect like Lilly here, but at least I can maybe get to a point where I'm a little more comfortable with my body.

Day 2:✅still had to modify the plank, but I do feel very sore Day 3:✅ did this workout pretty late, but I did a 30 minute walk beforehand so it still felt good to workout Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅
@@GooberSmells for me getting results from waist trainings is really hard compared to the other exercises. As I heard you need to do cardio too for a better result. I'm doing lilly sabri's waist workouts for a long time and I saw a little differences but everybody is different so the important thing is just not giving up and enjoy while doing it. But you'll definitely have abs!!

I used to do a lot of home workouts during the pandemic, including this specific video. I would do it religously every/almost everyother day for months. summertime came around I edned up getting a gym membership and stopped doing home work outs. Today I realized that bodyweight workouts are still essential and no machine can really target your core the way pilates do. So today was my first day doing this and let me tell you it was HARD. this used to be so easy for me to complete, I thought it wasn't doing anything and that it was too simple, I would do it twice ina row sometimes. I'm now challenging myself to do this everyday because I seriously need it. I miss being on top of my game.

okay so im writing this comment to keep myself motivated lmao so day one was yesterday, was hard, maye a 7 or 8 out of ten, and I had to take a lot of short breaks but i struggled through it day two! i woke up feeling super sore which made me happy because I wasn't sure if i was doing some of the exercises right, and some of them felt a lot easier today and i was able to hold on for longer and take less breaks. day three! some of them felt a lot easier, and i took a lot less breaks for sure, i was rlly struggling towards the end tho. still not much defintion showing at least not yet day four was a LOT harder, probably I took a rest day after day three (i've decided to take one every so often because i was getting pain and i didn't wanna injure myself doing this challenge). my leg was bothering me, yk how it pops when you straighten it out on some of the exercises? yeah, that hurt a lot. but i think i was doing better on some of the exercises, doing them for the full time or close to it. :) day five (and just so yall know, im not doing this 14 days in a row, just over time, so days 1-3 were in a row, day four was two days after day 3 and day five, today, is two days after day four bc i have other exercise to do on those days) anyway today was hard, but i barely took any pauses! its just that full plank dip exercise that kills me :(. And im starting to see some defintion, as well as i think my waist is getting smaller!

#9 day ! I missed a day , but today was a bit of a challenge to do workout . I’ve been receiving Compliments if I’m losing weight! I have noticed under my breast is a lot smaller now which makes my hips look a little bigger
Day 1: wtf ouch ✔️ Day 2: I’m so sore and I think I might cry ✔️ Day 3: I’m still kinda sore but not as sore and it was slightly easier this time ✔️ Day 4: I didn’t have time to do it :( ❌ Day 5: it was a lot easier and I definitely see a line where my abs are ✔️ (I recommend stretching a lot cuz it gets kinda stiff)
Im gonna try this exercise and keep on updating Day 1: it was nice...some exercises were kinda hard and i didnt sweat much but it did feel good Difference seen: not anything very obvious yet
These exercises r good but u should also think about ur body type and Wht u eat depending on it. U won’t c any results if u consume more calories than u burn.

I’ve been doing a mix of Lilly’s workouts about 6 months a few times a week and I’ve lost 20lbs and 3 inches off my waist!

Why does my neck hurt when I do the crunches
From what I've heard, it's because you aren't using your core. Engage your core to lift yourself up instead of your neck. Hope this helps ;)
you’re lifting your neck instead of your core. use it to lift yourself up. it was hard for me so it might be for you as well
Try using ur finger tips to support ur head and then do crunches this may help u do crunches using ur core instead of ur neck
Our necks hurt when our stomach can't do all the work. The length of time your neck hurts will get less and less. After a week mine was a lot better.

Preferably with cardio to tone the body and get those defined lines. However, cardio based on body fat and body type.
if ur skinny fat, i suggest u do less cardio and more resistance training.
