I am 12 years old and turning 13 soon. I have been bullied for my wieght a lot and even my gym teacher bullied me indirectly. (I dunno if that makes sense but he kept talking to the whole gym class about obeesity and how "some people in this gym class needed to start to loose weight" everyone in that gym class was pretty fit execpt for me and 2 others. ) That gym teacher made the bullying worse. I started this workout and don't have a scale so I can't track how much I lost but in pretty sure I lost at least 5 pounds. If anyone has any diets that worked for them. Please share. It's so hard for me to control what I eat because I grow up in an unhealthy household.
Long poop, and to lose weight you need to do this workout at least 3 times a day depends on how much you want to lose weight, and eat healthy just eat apples in the morning with water, and for afternoon you could eat some salad, for evening you have to eat whatever you like and for nighttime you can eat with your family, but just eat healthy

If you yourself think your really unhealthy yea of course do the exercise but don't do it for others especially for bullies talk to teachers and others adults about the bullying cause honestly I'm worried for you not about weight but about bullying:) of course try and eat healthier and try and whenever going to fast food places (because you said you live in an unhealthy household) always pick healthier options, good luck and sorry this was really long! :)

Hey guys this really works. I'm not fat but my stomach was a little bit fat and I start doing this exercise everyday for 10 days my body change and now I have a flat stomach. Don't be lazy and don't say I can't. This exercise change my body.
When am doing this work outs and I feel like giving up I just read the positive comments. Started off at 85kg now am at 70 in one and a half weeks. Eat small portions and drink lots of water. Avoid sugar or sugary stuff like soda, cakes, cookies... Avoid junk. Work out, eat healthy, small portions and have peace of mind.
iv been doing This for 2 months. along with doing the water diet. (Not the one where you only drink water) my routine: Morning~I drank lemon with honey mixed in water. after about an hour of drinking that i would do this exercise. then start taking care of hygiene. Afternoon~In the afternoon i drink three cups of water to keep my stomach full. then i like to draw to keep me occupied and to not think of food. Night~At night i would do this exercise again and along with that drink 3cups of water. then i would shower and sleep. during this 2 months i went from bieng 250 to 230 boy am i proud😁😀

I have been doing this for a week now, and i have seen the results. When I first tried this, I was sweaty all over, and I couldn't do half the workout, if i tried. I did something that my dad told me to do (74 and living) is that I should drink lemon water twice a day, for a week, don't do for 3 weeks, and repeat. I first started this week and i feel so rejuvenated. I wasn't tired when I woke up anymore, and I lost a total of 6 lbs this week. I added this to my exercise routine. I have started to notice that my abs look more defined and toned, but only on a tiny scale. For my next week I will to this twice a day and post the results.
The first week of me doing this (im February 15th) i lost like 5 pounds. I drank lemon water like once or twice it was horrible and idk if it hElped or not but if thats what it takes to lose alot of weight ill try to start doing it cuz i need to lost like 20 or 25 pounds asap
Wow this is really effective, from 33inches waist I went to 29 after two days, that doesn't include my rest day and the fact that I'm still a couch potato who barely move around my room. You need a lot of motivation in this exercise. The one who pushed me in this is well... some motivation quotes and the fact that there's an incoming vacation trip I was about to join. In my weight though, nothing's really change maybe because I got firmer and toned, that's a good sign because I noticed my stamina had improved and I don't get tired so easily, and I found it easier to do this exercise. Here's a motivation quote for you :) "Things aren't going easier, you're just getting stronger." Have fun doing this like I do, I will still keep doing this for my strength 😊

Even when everybody is dancing I never dance cause I think they will make fun of my body even though dancing is my hobby.. I did this workout a couple of nights ago, and worked up a sweat . I enjoyed the constant narration through it all . It is helpful, and will keep you in check . I think I will start alternating between this workout, and the lose belly fat hiit one ..

And relax for 30 minutes so you're stomach won't make you puke when you're eating. Ok I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart.this video has given me a gift. I have never been in better shape in my whole life. Ok so it's October right now and I started it in June. I did it twice a day and I ate sorta healthy and I also did 3 other videos from this channel everyday. I am 5'0 and 13 years old and at the start of the summer I was 120 and at the end of the summer I was 105. That is incredible. Ever since the day I found this channel I have been a healthier happier person and I owe it to you. Instead of doing the workout everyday I run 1.5 miles on the treadmill and I'm training for a 5k. I now weigh 100 pounds and I hope to reach 90 by christmas and I hope to gain some muscle cause i'm a gymnast. Thanks a million:)

Sister Aisha I have found another execrise such as walking inside the lounge room it's one hour exercise doing this since my treadmill broken down its became faulty. Alhumdulilah I am doing that exercise and I sweet a lot very easy and pain free exercise.

So I’m 17 and i weigh 50 kilos, and I’m 5’3. I've been doing this workout for 2, 3 weeks and i see a drastic difference! My bmi is totally fine and i’ve always been slim but i wanted my stomach to be flat as possible. This has helped! HOWEVER i do toning ab exercises as well as other types of cardio and i only eat organic healthy foods. Diet is key to shifting that fat!!

I just got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the doctors say I need to move more and not be so sedentary, so I've been doing this video once a day at night for the past 5 days. Also, I've been doing your lose belly fat HIIT 9 minute workout bidaily along with other exercise videos if I feel like it. I've exersiced 141 minutes in 5 days (hard to believe for me) and feel better physically and a little mentally. I've been eating a little healthier (no chocolate or chips, but everything else) and trying to count calories. I'll keep you all updated. I know I'm being overly proud about this, but I'm happy to start losing weight. However, I have gained 2 pounds and I'm almost certain it's muscle because my stomach looks a little flatter. I really enjoyed this workout as it gives alternative versions of the exercises for beginners or those who have mobility issues. Even doing the 'beginner' moves I still worked up a light sweat and can feel a small burn in my abs.
i would usually give up and stop trying because of the pain and my stomach coming in the way. slowly and gradually i kept going and going and the workout is so easy for me to follow. don’t give up, i did and i didn’t this time and i’m glad i didn’t give up

Fun and clever workout. The explanations are clear. You have less intense exercises in between to catch your breath. The "if you can't" exercise is also very useful. When I began, I had troubles to follow the pace of the virtual lady but after a few times it's OK. Now I have to try lifting my legs as high as her.
They are all effective also step aerobics is good on your stomach alternating your workouts is effective. As long as you get in the cardio which burns fat. Lots of water fibre and protein in your diet

Will it burn my belly fat or make my core tighter? I read somewhere that doing exercises that makes your core tighter is bad as it does not burn the belly fat. And how many calories will I burn if I do this once.

Daniela Marinowa I know how it feels...being a lazy bum myself. Maybe you should consider biking, swimming or sports. I honestly would not do any exercise if I had a bike...someday I'll just buy a bike...that would be a way to exercise for me and have fun at the same time :) I hate exercise and I ain't denying it lol.
First time doing this and I loved it, exercises were not too hard and they were nice and quick👍 tip for anyone: do the ‘if you cant’ parts of the exercise for 30 second and then the slightly harder on for the other 30 seconds👍 Hopefully this will work for me bc all though I’m not fat I would like to get rid of some tummy fat😊

Previously doing more of cardio (jumping Jack's, butt kick, high knee jog) which is really exhausting. I'm not that fat but more on flub and bloated (really have a big stomach not proportion to my thigh and arms). Doing lumowell abs workout (mostly 30 mins duration). It helps that it reminds you to tighten your core cause I usually forget it after the next routine. I can say that my abs and around my waist is sore. And already lose 3/4 inch. Yeeey. Way to go.

Know it's late, but meh. You can calculate how many calories you lose in any activity. Formula: *METs x your weight (in kg) x time* e.g. a fast-paced walk = ~4 METs x 43.2 (my weight) x 0.5 (1/2 an hour) = ~86.4 kcal lost This workout would probably be about 7 METs as it's pretty intense Then when calculating the time, you would do x0.25 (as 15 minutes is 1/4 of an hour)

I've been doing this exercise for about 1 month and I noticed that when you do this everyday it gets easier and easier until this exercise became your habit and your body is used to it.

I just got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the doctors say I need to move more and not be so sedentary, so I've been doing this video once a day at night for the past 5 days. Also, I've been doing your lose belly fat HIIT 9 minute workout bidaily along with other exercise videos if I feel like it. I've exersiced 141 minutes in 5 days (hard to believe for me) and feel better physically and a little mentally. I've been eating a little healthier (no chocolate or chips, but everything else) and trying to count calories. I'll keep you all updated. I know I'm being overly proud about this, but I'm happy to start losing weight. However, I have gained 2 pounds and I'm almost certain it's muscle because my stomach looks a little flatter. Any tips on how to lose weight instead of gaining muscle/fat?

I really enjoyed this workout as it gives alternative versions of the exercises for beginners or those who have mobility issues. Even doing the 'beginner' moves I still worked up a light sweat and can feel a small burn in my abs.

i would usually give up and stop trying because of the pain and my stomach coming in the way. slowly and gradually i kept going and going and the workout is so easy for me to follow. don’t give up, i did and i didn’t this time and i’m glad i didn’t give up

Fun and clever workout. The explanations are clear. You have less intense exercises in between to catch your breath. The "if you can't" exercise is also very useful. When I began, I had troubles to follow the pace of the virtual lady but after a few times it's OK. Now I have to try lifting my legs as high as her.

They are all effective also step aerobics is good on your stomach alternating your workouts is effective. As long as you get in the cardio which burns fat. Lots of water fibre and protein in your diet

I read somewhere that doing exercises that makes your core tighter is bad as it does not burn the belly fat. And how many calories will I burn if I do this once.

Thank you so much for this exercise. I used to do this almost everyday in May but I went on a vacation and stopped. I started doing it again but lazy bum like me can only do half of this exercise(until the waterbreak) but I guess it's better than doing nothing at all. People tell me that I'm losing weight anyways :)

Daniela Marinowa I know how it feels...being a lazy bum myself. Maybe you should consider biking, swimming or sports. I honestly would not do any exercise if I had a bike...someday I'll just buy a bike...that would be a way to exercise for me and have fun at the same time :) I hate exercise and I ain't denying it lol.

First time doing this and I loved it, exercises were not too hard and they were nice and quick👍 tip for anyone: do the ‘if you cant’ parts of the exercise for 30 second and then the slightly harder on for the other 30 seconds👍 Hopefully this will work for me bc all though I’m not fat I would like to get rid of some tummy fat😊

+Emily Flanagan I did the exercise two days with a 1900 calorie diet... 400 calorie breakfast, 100 calorie snack, 500 calorie lunch, 100 calorie snack, 700 calorie dinner, 100 calorie snack... every two hours I eat and it works!

Previously doing more of cardio (jumping Jack's, butt kick, high knee jog) which is really exhausting. I'm not that fat but more on flub and bloated (really have a big stomach not proportion to my thigh and arms). Doing lumowell abs workout (mostly 30 mins duration). It helps that it reminds you to tighten your core cause I usually forget it after the next routine. I can say that my abs and around my waist is sore. And already lose 3/4 inch. Yeeey. Way to go.

Know it's late, but meh. You can calculate how many calories you lose in any activity.
Formula: *METs x your weight (in kg) x time*
e.g. a fast-paced walk = ~4 METs x 43.2 (my weight) x 0.5 (1/2 an hour)
= ~86.4 kcal lost
This workout would probably be about 7 METs as it's pretty intense
Then when calculating the time, you would do x0.25 (as 15 minutes is 1/4 of an hour)
