  • Solar Plexus Chakra Yoga Flow is a 45 min yoga class for strength, empowerment and yoga for self-esteem. Chakra yoga is a great way for chakra healing and chakra balancing. This third chakra yoga class (also Manipura chakra or navel chakra) is a vinyasa yoga for core strength with lots of yoga twists and some breathing exercises too (pranayama) for inner fire, willpower and stamina. This chakra yoga to balance chakras is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your center and find your inner power.

    Thank you for this beautiful practice. I always struggle with my lack of flexibility to do the seated forward bend or the uttanassana. What should I do to these postures ?

      Hi Julie, thank you for practicing and for your comment! I would recommend bending your knees in the forward folds, so you don't put to much pressure on your back. If you then play with lengthening your spine, you will feel the stretch in the back of your legs. It takes time, patience and practice, but you will for sure feel some progress. Try not to rush but rather enjoy the practice 😊

    I enjoyed your vid so much! I have been trying to search for vid like yours that educates the stuff in this UA-cam video! 🙌 The idea at 1:19 is super knowledgable. Your explanation really is like the vids from Dr Ethan. Ethan's videos are useful and I actually learned a lot for my school.
