- Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a SOLAR PLEXUS CHARKA YIN YOGA practice. This video is about 30 minutes long & we are doing poses that open the hips to help activate the Solar Plexus. The Solar Plexus is responsible for your will, power, & confidence. It is located in the belly, so we'll be doing poses that involve twisting, folding, etc. At the end of the practice, I offer some Solar Plexus affirmations & some quiet space for you to continue your meditation. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Come out of any postures that don't feel right & take rests if you need to. Let me know what you think of this video in the comments. Ugg Ms Patty @ PRES is helping me to GROUND. I was about to do the postures 15 from this am and realized. is there a modified version to half load of fish pose? i have been with Nico three years now and I never get into this pose properly
