I’m lucky enough not to have any chronic illness, but I did catch a horrible strain of cold sore virus a few years back. Did red light therapy, expensive steroids…still got them (sometimes 3 at a time) that would last for 14 days every month! Wicked. Every freakin month.
I found doctor G and have been doing (almost daily) HN smoothies since March 1st 2023, I had one cold sore (about two weeks in) but that one only lasted about 5 days!!!
I had never had one go away that fast.
And it’s now been 3 months and until yesterday …no cold sores.
    Not one in 3 months.
One started to form yesterday and I doubled up on my chia/flax for the full 1/2 cup and 36 hours later that sucker is non existent.
I share because I hope my experience can help anyone dealing with the same. I’m so grateful to have found Dr G.
It’s no joke when she says the omega 3’s become the cells in your immune system. They just go to work and your body can do what it’s meant to do.
    It’s pretty magical.
Good luck to everyone on their own journey. You’re in the right place with the right person guiding you. ❤❤❤

Thank you so much Dr. Goldner! The universe sent me a beautiful gift yesterday…. I stumbled across your UA-cam video telling your story. We stayed up watching you and your husbands videos last night, woke up at 5 am cleared out our kitchen of foods not healthy and started with our green drinks this morning. Ordered all of you and your husbands books on Amazon. Can’t wait for them to arrive! I am a physician assistant and I am so inspired and immensely grateful for the incredible generosity for your willingness to share this knowledge to help others, the world! Your story and the story of your grandmother and mother are perhaps the most inspiring story I have ever heard! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

There are usually at least 5-6 times in every Q/A that I want to hit the "like" button, just because the information is SO GOOD! Haha, there needs to be an "extra love" button for your channel, Dr. G! 😆 Thank you for all that you do. ❤️

My ex Erin went into remission from 7 years of life threatening Lupus (kidney shutting down) after three weeks of me putting her on a guacamole and green raw veggie diet. It was based on the Robert O Young diet but there was no emphasis on the power of Omega 3s so Your diet is a very exciting addition to my research. I haven't had even a hint of a cold, flu, c*vid19 etc in 23 years no matter who I am around that is sick and no matter how sick they may be, just makes me stronger! Though I'm always taking my Health to the next level and I'm excited about making Omega 3s a High priority

When I went vegan a few years ago, some of closest friends started acting weird to us. I told them we are doing this for ourselves to be healthier. But they felt we were judging them if they didn’t want to make themselves healthy. We didn’t, but over time we stop going around them. Oh well

Dr G, can you offer some feedback about the issue with potatoes and MS, you mentioned in the begging of your podcast, and how people like MCDougall , Chef AJ, etc are big proponents of consuming a starch based diet , not only for general nutrition, but apps to heal. This can be so confusing .

This really helps me Dr G. as everybody on the outside is asking me when are you going to eat again. You are too skinny..I have fallen a lot by not sticking to the protocol. But have finally made up my mind as you keep saying
You need to start loving yourself.
So.just doing that and trying to ignore what others are saying about my weight-loss. I tell them that I do not want the side effects of steroids s I have been on this since 2007 to date
I also tell people that I feel good and I am not weak and have a lot of energy which I normally don't have without your program to get healing.thank you Dr. G.

Now finding winter to be over to do it one more time for longer and to really say goodbye to disease ! Always listen to you as a reminder and inspiration

I have been back and forth between raw vegan for about 4 years. I have currently been raw for 3 months. At the start of this week, I started your hyper-nourishment. I have been watching these Q&As to get answers, but there are gaps. If I look up to the right I get dizzy, ringing in my ears, and vision issues left to take care of. Also, my face, neck, and chest are always red. Not rosacea. More like high blood pressure looking but not that bad and I don't have high blood pressure. It's also not a tan. Am I correct that the only fats you allow are chia, flax, and avocados? No hemp seeds? and do you have a list of things that are good to eat including to greens and cruciferous veggies? I love mushrooms??

Same Bat time...same bat channel ? Holy rusted metal, Batman ! (Lol, I can't say "Holy Swiss cheese" anymore!)😂 Yes Dr G, you're weekly uplifting information definitely inspires me to keep eating this way. It's just, One can take so much "guff" for making healthier choices...you know? Just like you said...*they wanna justify their poor food choices...they're not thinking about me...they're thinking about themselves. I'm of African American descent and our ppl were given the worse parts of the pig to eat during Slavery. Later on, many Blks like celebrate our ppl enduring this and are proud to eat chitlins(small intestine of the pig)or greens filled w pork. This is a tradition that been placed in our minds. Like now, I honor my Ancestors by making collard green wraps w quinoa. I feel like I'm still respecting them...but in a much healthier way. Oh one last thing. I've read about ppl having Religious ecstasies ( for instance the Stigmata ...a phenomenon where someone bleeds the wounds of Jesus) saying that they found meat completely un appetizing...I dunno if there's a God or not...but maybe if there is ...He is trying to tell us something...

Chitlins was a common food for the poor in the UK in the past. 12 hour day down the mines for my ancestors.Honor your ancestors by living the life they could only dream of. They were strong and you being here is a testament to that.

One reason why people criticise might simply be that they can't understand that something so 'simple' can be so efective and they have been bombarded with so much hype from so many people who 'have the solution' over the years that they have trouble taking this (or any protocol) as being effective and safe.

  • @rosiepeakman2778

I'm thin try to look after yourself. In the village where I live in the UK there are 2 women that are obese. They always make comments about how thin I am. If I made comments about how fat they were they would be upset. One was told by the doctor "you need to lose weight" and she wasn't happy about it.

We all want to be loved and accepted. And we look for it from each other and we aren't designed to love and accept each other as God created us. Only He can love and accept us the way we were created to be loved. That is through faith in Jesus Christ.

Regarding the mercury fillings, chef aj calls it majoring in minor things. Most people who do that do it because theyd rather change that thing than their diet. Looking for any other reason than it being the food because theyre addicted to food and dont want to change their diet

Hello DR G , just a very quick question, is it true that cruciferous vegetables are goitrogens which can worsen thyroid function especially in those who have hypothyroidism? Also that refers to flaxseed consumption . Could you please give some clarification. I’m so confused.
