    I’ve been taking Krill oil, but I get your point that it is going to be gross after sitting around a few days. I’m so excited that the ingredients in the smoothie are better than fish oil…besides I think I’ve been paying $45 for it! That amount of Money can buy a lot of kale and flax seed!

    Can't wait to get Goodbye Autoimmune. I've had Stiff Persons for 5 years and hashimotos forever. I believe it's linked to ignored food sensitivities from childhood. After I retired from military I started eating fast food. I've changed diet already and am better, but am angry with mainstream medical.

    Good afternoon. I am happy I found you on UA-cam. I recently purchased all of your books!? Thank you for all the valuable information. I am battling breast cancer?! I believe vegan is the way to go. Green smoothies are delicious! Hopefully salads, fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains will contribute to my healing. I finish immune therapy at the end of the month and plan to really improve my health. I don’t know if you have any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

    Health is also greatly impacted by your belief. How healthy you believe you are, how healthy you believe the food you eat is etc. Deciding you are now healthy and that the food you eat is serving your health, is vitally important.
    This is partly how people can get away with bad foods for a long time. They 'believe' it is good for them which keeps their health stable for longer. It does however still catch up with them sooner or later after the body is completely overburdened and toxic.

What is the least amount of flax or chia I can do for health, as I don't digest fats well either? Getting colds and spring allergies, soft nails, face breaking out.

    Plants are not for us to eat or blend. They are here for themselves and the only benefit we get is that they replace the crap we eat. This is why not all of her clients heal even though they all pay ... Why is she against the meat that fueled the home sapiens from their begining and before ? Where was the kale or equivalent then when one wouldn't have the luxury to eat huge piles of it or blend it ? Why do bones say we ate tons of animal protein even more than some of the contemporary carnivores (perhaps eating them also) ? It seems to work for her but she takes a bunch of supplements, uses make-up and sports good lighting, her husband is still having larger under eye bags and dark circles, her big son is a toothpick ... I apologize but real health should be obvious and coming only from the species specific diet. I know fruitarians that say fruit is our natural food and they seem far closer to reality but even then some supplements are in order and the body is suffering clearly ... Meat is just a nutrient package for plants we could not really eat directly and eat enough of ... The poisson in plants is real and this is why not everyone becomes a green superhero 😊

    I wish this would be the way humans are supposed to eat ... But it is not. Look at history beyond agriculture, fossil records, archeological evidenced, cave art ... Meat is the food we evolved on. Not greens and seeds that are far more problematic than fruits even if unrriped... Plants are here for themselves not for us. Even fruit is to be eaten but not by us necessarily... Meat has no such limitations and even frugivores and herbivores eat it if given tbe opportunity. So ...this is just green chemo and it seems to work for stay at home moms mostly. No athletes actually promoting it ... Why not if it is so good ?!

    • @Goodbyeeveryonehere

      @@Goodbyeeveryonehere Yes I did. 😇 The debunks and behind the curtain too 😁😇 And soooo much more health related content ... I keep watching all the approaches almost in every break 😉 The game is changing if we go for the game again 😁 No man made foods and nutrition. Wild and free. We invented vegan. Not the other way around. Look beyond the vegan "truth" and just be logical = how come we havent died out eating all that meat ages ago ??? How come monkeys eat animals and fruits with worms and such ?

    • @AprilReyn
      @AprilReyn Рік тому +3

      Idk why don't you research that and come back with logical answer? If you watched game changers did you see the clarity of there blood v the murky thick fat after eating meat? If you are suffering it is
      certainly worth a try. Lions eat raw meat how do you know animals process food the same? Foods we can eat can actually kill a dog.

    • @AprilReyn
      @AprilReyn Рік тому

      Cows that eat for meat eat plants. Chickens eat grain. My cat eats mice I bet I'd die if I ate raw mice. Research it find that answer if you can

    • @adriangabrielgramada1016
      @adriangabrielgramada1016 Рік тому

      @@AprilReynYou do not need studies that you do not even control how they were made regardless of their reputation. Just think logically. Did we eat a lot of meat and possibly even grew smarter on it evolving as humans ??? Sure, we might have ingested all sorts of plants just as well but we are no monkeys, nor herbivores nor frugivores. I would say more like opportunivores or nutrivores hence the taste for animal fat ... Again, no reasearch necessary because proof is in the history ! Fun example gorillas are powered not by plants but by their colon bacteria fatty acids = that's why they need to eat poop also :) WE have chosen another source of fatty acids and let go the big gut for fermentation and fecal ingestion. Sure, I see the desgust in killing and eating flesh but eating just plants is not natural either
