    I have know Doctor Goldner since she was a resident in the program where I was a faculty at Harbor UCLA and I saw personally her transformation along the years...everything she describes is true and happens...absolutely amazing She is a fantastic, caring smart and dedicated physician. I feel so blessed I had her as a resident and later a valued colleague.

    It’s so very sad that most doctors don’t believe healing from a chronic illness or dis-ease is possible and that we’re self-healing organisms.
    We just have to get out of our own way with our habits, lifestyles and what we’re continuously putting into our bodies.
    I’m so happy for you!

      Ok...so the smoothies got a bit aggressive. My lupus was not systemic and I was already healing my SIBO. I decided to cut back on the flax and do a smaller version smoothie and keep eating raw greens. I drink chia seeds in a gallon of water daily. I am having 2 bowel movements a day without the feeling of it being too much. I needed a happy medium to sustain. I think if I wasn't already a whole food vegan who had already gone into big time reboot with the AIP diet, FODMAPS and the elemental diet for 3 weeks to heal my gut her program would be more needed. It just felt like over kill, so that's why I created a lighter version and started drinking the chia seeds and doing a gallon of water a day. I do feel better with what I am doing now. Basically healing the gut and inflammation is the key. My titers are 1:80 which I am able to handle. I also train pretty intensely....I think I am going to keep healing with my adapted protocol.

    Oh my goodness, I feel like I am listening to my "story"! This started 2 years ago for me in my 50's. First I couldn't bend a wrist( felt like it was broken), then I fell down some stairs and couldn't raise my left arm which then moved to my right arm. Then I had a swelling bulge behind my leg and couldn't walk ( known as "Baker's Cyst), then I had my whole jaw lock up and couldn't bring my teeth together. I have had a flushing of my cheeks occasionally. These weird symptoms occur when I have a flare-up. I was diagnosed with RA a year ago after suffering for 2 years. My symptoms "gallop" from one side to the other. I am currently doing Remicade infusions and when a bad flare-up occurs, I have to turn to Prednisone. I am determined to make living each day as pain-free as possible. The more I research... the more it all points to diet! I can't wait to watch more of your UA-cam videos! Thank you for sharing your story!

    I have AIH, diagnosed for about 5years and taking steroids and immune suppressants. After 2 weeks of hyper nourishment I’m feeling really good but then my liver numbers, ALT and AST, go thru the roof into the hundreds and I feel really flat again for the next couple of weeks. any suggestions?

    • @MrRomucha
      @MrRomucha 27 днів тому

      The best suggestion I can give you is: do not follow this bogus "cure of all things" diet. Talk to a plant-based dietitian who can help you to design a balanced diet without empty promises.

    There's also mom science and much of it concerns what weight the sons should be as well as what kinds of food are healthy to eat. 😆 Some moms have good science, of course.

    What do you say to people who say you can’t cure lupus? That once though have lupus you always have lupus, you can’t cure it you can only put in in remission. I have been trying to spread the word of your miraculous recovery and all I’m getting is “ you can’t cure lupus” 🥴

    • @MrGijimbo
      @MrGijimbo 3 роки тому +1

      You can't cure it but you might be able to put it into permanent remission. Dr. G's diet protocol works!

At least she was lucky to be diagnosed. I’ve been dying for one year and not only I don’t die, the doctors are giving up on me cause they don’t know what’s happening. BTW my family gives a F if I die , no one even offers me support all say Im crazy . I don’t understand how she manage to study my brain is swollen , I have brain fog and short time memory

      @@EatingYouAlive thank you, yet my case is more complex. I lost my job do to my illness, so without funds there is no hope for a wholistic food approach. I eat what’s left for me. When I find some little Money I use it to buy clean water, in the house I’m staying they drink tapwater. I’m not longer worry if I die today or tomorrow. Life depends on the financial opportunities we have. Dr. Goldberg had a loving mother and a different experience. Love heals. She Fell in love and her brain was producing mass amount of Serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins these hormones can even cure cancer. After that she was able to graduate top ten even more the happiness and until this day she has a loving partner with her. If in her case she would divorce the lupus will probably reverse back. I have no one by my side. After I lost everything I once had friends and family turned their back on me.

    The bedside manner of some of these doctors is atrocious. Telling people they are going to die so they can push them into one of the three answers they have for you; cut, poison, or burn.
