    Yes! These weekly Q&As are super helpful to me! I’m doing hyper nourishment and I’m feeling so much better! I don’t eat processed food, nor animal protein now, because I took your course and I understand how it was making me sick. I no longer have symptoms, such as food “hangovers” or acid reflux. I have more energy, and my cholesterol dropped a lot! Now that I’m implementing many of your suggestions in your Goodbye Autoimmune Disease book, I slept 8 hours uninterrupted last night! Hoping my thyroid numbers will improve, because I got off the med about two years ago and my numbers are low.
    Thank you! ❤

    Hi Dr G. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto in Oct 2023 and started hormone replacement since Oct 2023. After 6 mths my energy levels did not change, weight kept going up. I was introduced to your protocol a few weeks and after 5 days of green juice my joint pains improve by about 75%, i am bouncing off the wall with energy; brain fog disappearing. Did not even know I had brain fog. Sleeping way better. Thank Dr G. I love you for sharing this. Question is if I am taking hormone replacement at 5am daily what time of day should take the Iodine supplement?

    Thank you! I still need the encouragement to go all in. I’m not diagnosed with illness, but I’m not as energetic as I see you are. I have loved adding hypernourishment, but struggle with adding cooked foods & occasional “treats” due to addiction to typical fat/salt/sugar.

    So well said and explained thank you so much I’m so glad that I came across you because my UA-cam is being bombarded with this meat eating diet that is confusing people I tried going back on mate and my colitis played up straight away I’ve got a skin rash and they’re trying to teach that that is apparently the talk thing and I truly believe that is a load of nonsense I believe my body was reacting because it was polluting me i’ve stopped eating the meat again not that I ate very much I had a bit of fish and meat organic bed and I straightaway reacted even over just eating a little bit for a couple of months after years of being vegan plant based mostly raw and I realised eating pretty much the way that you explain is how I’ve eaten mostly for the last 10 years and I’ve kept everything at bay I was really sick I had a operation due to breast implant illness where I had a bad rupture in the implant loaded up to my collarbone bits and pieces in my armpit and sternum and I believe what got me through all of that was eating the healthy diet that you’re talking about as I said as soon as I tried meet again I was reacting loading gas stomach pain and that’s the same if I eat processed food and you explain it so well thank you so much 💜

      I felt better within 8 hours of the first Goldner smoothie! I had already gone WFPB SOS but the Goldner protocol adds another level of greatness and well being. I say go by how your body feels because your body knows. When I eat SAD or Atkins or Paleo, I feel beyond awful and have binge eating problems. On Goldner I feel great, energetic, and the binge eating is gone with cravings being easily overcome.

    At ~19 minutes I believe she's talking about Dr. Terry Wahls. I think it would be really interesting to see her adopt a GBL protocol as an experiment to see if she improves. Unfortunately, it seems like she's following popular trends and going the opposite way as she's added a keto version of her original paleo protocol.

    The doctor she’s talking about is Dr. Terry whals and it’s too bad because well yes she did have some drastic improvement on a Paleo diet, there’s now probably hundreds of thousands of MS patients following her protocol not knowing that if they took the meat out it would be much more effective

    I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome which were seemingly triggered again by the Covid vaccine and booster as I had no choice to get it as a nurse. I have tried raw vegan but I feel so weak and tired after my day, I need to lay down. I do not know if this diet helps chronic fatigue. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and was misdiagnosed, all my blood work has been negative for autoimmune diseases

      @@linlinboyd5436 ty. do you have chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia? I drink green smoothies 6 days a week. It’s very tough to eat just vegetables, seeds and water. Definitely taking gluten sugar and dairy out of my diet helped.

    I’m a long term vegan and raw vegan
    I’m following more medical medium approach
    Have you ever been working with fat free diet? But very rich in greens ?
    Do we really need flax or chia?
    And other question can we juice greens or we need to blend them ?
    I just always prefer eating than drinking my food 🤔
    But I like green juices with lemon and cucumbers and tons of greens
    What do you think about juicing approach
    Have you ever compared ?

    I have a reverse dietary problem- went wfpb Oct 2022 felt good but the next month I got severe joint pain, then month after month after I got rashes on my fingers that looked more like red bruising. Along with that I felt chest and nasal discomfort. I’ve been reading and watching nonstop videos to see if anyone else has experienced this. I’ve tried low histamine foods to no avail, now I’m trying no lectins and so far I do see some improvement. Can you or anyone help with this?

    I have bad hot flashes, even after working with a functional medicine practitioner for over a year. I am going to try your protocol to see if it will work to alleviate these. However, I wondered if I can still have raw soy bean sprouts as soy has been linked to hormone balance (see Dr Barnard), or would it be better not to have them?

    • @happycook6737
      @happycook6737 11 місяців тому

      Asians NEVER eat raw soybean sprouts because there is a toxin in them. They boil the sprouts in water until slightly softened. Then drain and toss with raw chopped garlic, raw finely minced onion and a bit of sesame oil. I omit the oil. Mung bean sprouts can be eaten raw but are usually put in soups or lightly stir fried. How to tell the difference? Soy bean sprouts have very big beans on substantial stalks while on mung bean sprouts you barely see the bean.

    You say that oatmeal shouldn’t be eaten if you want to lose weight but that’s not completely accurate as I lost 110 lbs by eating oatmeal everyday (“raw” rolled oats, homemade soy yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries ).

    Hi I'm not on protocol I'm plant base for 3 weeks and stomach feeling yucky the last time I tried it I didn't feel like this do l need to take it slow because I just stop eating animals cold turkey

    • @yuppers1
      @yuppers1 Рік тому +2

      From what I understand a cold switch over is sometimes hard on people because they are suddenly eating significantly more fiber. Your body's microbiome and enzymatic system needs to prepare. second thing that can happen is the sudden improved nutrition can kick off a detoxing reaction. You can supplement and start slow for both issues but the Dr knows best.
