I broke no contact, not because I wanted him back but I was in pain and I wanted to tell him how he made me feel. It didn't help. He apologized and hoovered. I did not accept it. It was not worth it to break no contact. I've restarted and this time, no more. I'm only waiting for the covert narcissist to expose me as he once told me. I know he'll smear campaign me to the next supply as he did with the previous supplies to me. It always gets worse before it gets better but I've learnt my lessons and have seen things very clearly. I'm gone for good this time.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It takes a lot of courage to recognize the patterns and stick to your decision, especially after facing such pain. It’s great to hear you’re committed to staying no contact this time. Remember, your healing journey is important, and staying true to yourself is the best path forward. You've got this!

After saying I was an indecent woman and accusing me of cheating, the narc dumped me. Today, 2 months later he comes talking to me. If I was a cheater why does he come back to me? I didn't open the message and I never intend to. It has been 6 years of the same abusive cycle and I have finally had enough.

It sounds like you've made a strong decision to break free from that toxic cycle, and that's commendable! Narcissists often try to manipulate and confuse their victims, so it's great that you're standing firm and not engaging with him. Your well-being should always come first. Stay strong, and keep moving forward!

Thank you for your comment! It’s true that narcissists often seek out new partners who fulfill their needs, but the underlying patterns can remain the same. Recognizing this behavior is key to understanding their dynamics and protecting ourselves in the future.
