Oh man, I am cramming this week for an exam on the weekend, which means I have been sitting, hunched over WAY more than usual. My hips and bum and lower back are howling. This was great to undo the physical strain of studying. It led me to think about the runners who either have a day job that creates these unkind positions for the body or sign up for a destination race where they have to sit for hours just before a race- This video is great for undoing hours of static sitting. Loved this. As a 50+year old woman training for my marathon your videos are brilliant. A full time nurse, on my feet and squeezing my runs in, no time for a full yoga class, your sessions are just perfect. Great pace, good instruction and I am improving in my flexibility. Thank you

Good morning Ash! 😊 No run this morning but did a 30 min jump rope workout (imagine that- just turned 67 (yikes!!) in November and I am still jumping rope, must be reverting back to my childhood!!! But honestly I always liked to jump rope.) Have to say this stretch was just what the old hips needed 😅. Thanks for the video...❤ your channel is now my go to place for pre and post run stretches and of course my Sunday yoga flow. So happy I found this channel!!

This was such a good session for the hips, love the spinal twists incorporated in the class, the hip flossing and even the side bends to elongate the side of the body. Felt amazing and one of my favourite classes, along with the day 4 class of the recent Don’t Skip the Stretch series. Thank you!

Ash, i'm tryuly impressed by the outcomes of your workout. I have been preparing for 800m race event since couple of weeks and my timing is very low i.e 4:30 minutes. I constantly suffer from leg and glutes pain after workout. And my running times isn't improving. Today i tried your workout and i got relief from pain , i hope soon my timing will also increase under 2:30 minutes. Keep up the good work , Ash !!

Hey man Great video again.. yes I find the stretch around the ball and socket of my hips. I am looking for some stretches for the exterior of hip and glutes. I had the exterior snapping hip caused by tightness from the outside of hip/ along the left side of body. It tightens up during a run.. I’ll keep going through your videos and recap back to these but keep me in mind. Thanks again
